予但問爾、爾之領受聖神，由遵行律法乎？抑由篤信福音乎？

逐物移意、但知下學、不知上達。

自命為瞽者之相、昏者之光、愚者之師、童蒙之傅、以為一切真知妙識、皆備於法矣；然則爾欲正人、盍先正己！禁人為盜者、豈可自身為盜？

惟望爾明以示我爾既遵守律法、曷一諦審律法之精義乎。

不寧惟是、凡承受割禮者、即有遵行全部律法之義務。爾既欲求義於律法之中、則與基督絕緣、而自置於恩寵之外矣。

若輩盲者之盲導也；夫以盲導盲、有不相將入坑者乎？』

適有法利塞人在側、聞之、曰：『吾儕豈亦盲者？』耶穌曰：『苟為盲者、將無罪矣！今爾自以為有見、罪在其中矣！』

尼閣德睦曰：『安能有是？』耶穌曰：『汝為義塞之師、而猶昧於斯理耶？

哀哉爾曹盲而作導者！爾謂指殿而誓、猶同無誓、若指殿中之金而誓、乃受拘束。何爾狂妄昏昧、一至於此！夫二者孰大、金乎？抑聖金之殿乎？爾又謂指壇而誓、猶同無誓、若指壇上儀物而誓、乃受拘束。昏昧之人乎！二者孰大：儀物乎？抑聖儀物之殿乎？夫指壇而誓、即指其壇及壇上諸物而誓也。指殿而誓者、即指其殿及寓於殿中者而誓也。指天而誓者、即指天主寶座、及居於寶座者而誓也。哀哉爾經生與法利塞人、虛偽之徒也！蓋爾斤斤於薄荷、蘹香、蒔蘿、什一之輸、而於律中綱要、如正義、仁慈、信德、則漠然置之。彼固當行、此亦焉可廢哉？爾瞽而作導者！蚋則濾之、駝則吞焉。

爾時有自猶太來者、誡諸兄弟曰：『苟不依摩西舊例、領受割禮、則不能蒙救恩。』

因對曰：『不知。』耶穌乃謂之曰：『然則吾亦不願告爾憑何權以行此矣。』
