我復言之、凡受割禮者、當守全律法、爾欲恃律法稱義者、棄基督絕於恩矣、

姑聽之、彼乃瞽導瞽者也、若瞽導瞽、二者必並陷於坑、

旁有數法利賽人聞此言、謂耶穌曰、我儕亦瞽乎、耶穌曰、爾若瞽、則無罪、今爾云我能見、則爾罪尚存也、

爾豈可自誇曰、我儕有智慧、主之律法為我所有、作律法徒然矣、繕寫律法徒然矣、自稱為智者、必愧怍驚恐而見拘、彼棄主言、焉得為智乎、

尼哥底母曰、焉能有此事乎、耶穌曰、爾為以色列人之師、猶不知此乎、

禍哉爾曹瞽而導人者、爾素云、指聖殿而誓、則不足為誓、惟指聖殿之金而誓、則當守之、愚而瞽者、孰為大、金大乎、抑使金成為聖物之聖殿大乎、爾又曰、指祭臺而誓、則不足為誓、惟指祭臺之禮物而誓、則當守之、愚而瞽者、孰為大、禮物大乎、抑使禮物成為聖物之祭臺大乎、故人指祭臺而誓、是指祭臺及凡在臺上之物而誓也、指聖殿而誓、是指聖殿及居其內者而誓也、指天而誓、是指天主之寶座及坐於其上者而誓也、○禍哉爾偽善之經士與法利賽人、因爾以薄荷、茴香、芹菜、十輸其一、但律法之尤重者、即義與仁與信、爾則遺之、此爾所當行者也、而彼亦不可遺、瞽而導人者、蚋則濾之、駝則吞之、○

主曰、此民但以口親近我、以唇尊敬我、而心則遠離我、其敬畏我者、不過守習學世人所傳之誡而已、故我必待斯民以奇異、奇異又奇異、使其智慧者喪智慧、明哲者失明哲、○

有數人自猶太來、教諸兄弟曰、爾曹若不遵摩西之例受割禮、則不得救、

遂對耶穌曰、我儕不知、耶穌曰、我亦不告爾我以何權行此諸事、
