最宜和睦。如有不守本分者、望兄弟加以勸告。鼓勵懦者、扶持弱者、寬裕忍耐、足以有容。

Preach the message, be ready whether it is convenient or not, reprove, rebuke, exhort with complete patience and instruction.

Now receive the one who is weak in the faith, and do not have disputes over differing opinions.

But we command you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to keep away from any brother who lives an undisciplined life and not according to the tradition they received from us.For you know yourselves how you must imitate us, because we did not behave without discipline among you,

For we hear that some among you are living an undisciplined life, not doing their own work but meddling in the work of others.Now such people we command and urge in the Lord Jesus Christ to work quietly and so provide their own food to eat.But you, brothers and sisters, do not grow weary in doing what is right.

By all these things, I have shown you that by working in this way we must help the weak, and remember the words of the Lord Jesus that he himself said,‘ It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”

But we who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak, and not just please ourselves.Let each of us please his neighbor for his good to build him up.For even Christ did not please himself, but just as it is written,“ The insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.”

And the Lord’s slave must not engage in heated disputes but be kind toward all, an apt teacher, patient,correcting opponents with gentleness. Perhaps God will grant them repentance and then knowledge of the truth

although we could have imposed our weight as apostles of Christ; instead we became little children among you. Like a nursing mother caring for her own children,with such affection for you we were happy to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own lives, because you had become dear to us.For you recall, brothers and sisters, our toil and drudgery: By working night and day so as not to impose a burden on any of you, we preached to you the gospel of God.You are witnesses, and so is God, as to how holy and righteous and blameless our conduct was toward you who believe.As you know, we treated each one of you as a father treats his own children,exhorting and encouraging you and insisting that you live in a way worthy of God who calls you to his own kingdom and his glory.

But you, as a person dedicated to God, keep away from all that. Instead pursue righteousness, godliness, faithfulness, love, endurance, and gentleness.

I am not writing these things to shame you, but to correct you as my dear children.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

Therefore I exhort you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a sacrifice– alive, holy, and pleasing to God– which is your reasonable service.

He will not break a bruised reed or extinguish a smoldering wick, until he brings justice to victory.

He is able to deal compassionately with those who are ignorant and erring, since he also is subject to weakness,and for this reason he is obligated to make sin offerings for himself as well as for the people.

with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love,

Through all that they suffered, he suffered too. The messenger sent from his very presence delivered them. In his love and mercy he protected them; he lifted them up and carried them throughout ancient times.

Love is patient, love is kind, it is not envious. Love does not brag, it is not puffed up.It is not rude, it is not self- serving, it is not easily angered or resentful.

“ Son of man, I have appointed you a watchman for the house of Israel. Whenever you hear a word from my mouth, you must give them a warning from me.When I say to the wicked,“ You will certainly die,” and you do not warn him– you do not speak out to warn the wicked to turn from his wicked deed and wicked lifestyle so that he may live– that wicked person will die for his iniquity, but I will hold you accountable for his death.But as for you, if you warn the wicked and he does not turn from his wicked deed and from his wicked lifestyle, he will die for his iniquity but you will have saved your own life.“ When a righteous person turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and I set an obstacle before him, he will die. Whenever you hear a word from my mouth, you must warn them on my behalf.When I say to the wicked,‘ O wicked man, you must certainly die,’ and you do not warn the wicked about his behavior, the wicked man will die for his iniquity, but I will hold you accountable for his death.But if you warn the wicked man to change his behavior, and he refuses to change, he will die for his iniquity, but you have saved your own life.

not a drunkard, not violent, but gentle, not contentious, free from the love of money.

Instead, be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ also forgave you.Therefore, be imitators of God as dearly loved childrenand live in love, just as Christ also loved us and gave himself for us, a sacrificial and fragrant offering to God.

Brothers and sisters, if a person is discovered in some sin, you who are spiritual restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness. Pay close attention to yourselves, so that you are not tempted too.Carry one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.

Therefore be alert, remembering that night and day for three years I did not stop warning each one of you with tears.

Therefore, strengthen your listless hands and your weak knees,

For there are many rebellious people, idle talkers, and deceivers, especially those with Jewish connections,

“ Comfort, comfort my people,” says your God.“ Speak kindly to Jerusalem, and tell her that her time of warfare is over, that her punishment is completed. For the LORD has made her pay double for all her sins.”
