We sent Timothy, who is our brother and co- worker in God’s service in spreading the gospel of Christ, to strengthen and encourage you in your faith,

We sent our brother Timothy to give you strength and hope in your faith. He works together with us in God’s service to spread the good news about Christ.

and we sent Timothy, our brother and God’s coworker in the gospel of Christ, to establish and exhort you in your faith,

and we sent Timothy to visit you. He is our brother and God’s co worker in proclaiming the Good News of Christ. We sent him to strengthen you, to encourage you in your faith,

and we sent Timothy, our brother and God’s fellow worker in the gospel of Christ, to strengthen and encourage you for the benefit of your faith,

and sent Timothy, our brother and minister of God, and our fellow laborer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you and encourage you concerning your faith,

Since I am persuaded of this, I know that I will remain and continue with all of you for your progress and joy in the faith,

Timothy, my coworker, and Lucius, Jason, and Sosipater, my fellow countrymen, greet you.

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, whom we proclaimed among you— Silvanus, Timothy, and I— did not become“ Yes and no.” On the contrary, in him it is always“ Yes.”

This is why I have sent Timothy to you. He is my dearly loved and faithful child in the Lord. He will remind you about my ways in Christ Jesus, just as I teach everywhere in every church.

As for Titus, he is my partner and coworker for you; as for our brothers, they are the messengers of the churches, the glory of Christ.

If Timothy comes, see that he has nothing to fear while with you, because he is doing the Lord’s work, just as I am.So let no one look down on him. Send him on his way in peace so that he can come to me, because I am expecting him with the brothers.Now about our brother Apollos: I strongly urged him to come to you with the brothers, but he was not at all willing to come now. However, he will come when he has an opportunity.

Paul went on to Derbe and Lystra, where there was a disciple named Timothy, the son of a believing Jewish woman, but his father was a Greek.

When Silas and Timothy arrived from Macedonia, Paul devoted himself to preaching the word and testified to the Jews that Jesus is the Messiah.

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by God’s will, and Timothy our brother: To the church of God at Corinth, with all the saints who are throughout Achaia.

Then the brothers and sisters immediately sent Paul away to go to the coast, but Silas and Timothy stayed on there.Those who escorted Paul brought him as far as Athens, and after receiving instructions for Silas and Timothy to come to him as quickly as possible, they departed.

Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ Jesus, sends you greetings. He is always wrestling for you in his prayers, so that you can stand mature and fully assured in everything God wills.

He is coming with Onesimus, a faithful and dearly loved brother, who is one of you. They will tell you about everything here.

So the churches were strengthened in the faith and grew daily in numbers.

You learned this from Epaphras, our dearly loved fellow servant. He is a faithful minister of Christ on your behalf,

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by God’s will, and Timothy our brother:

May he make your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints. Amen.

I had no rest in my spirit because I did not find my brother Titus. Instead, I said good-bye to them and left for Macedonia.
