For what[ is] our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing?[ Are] not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming?

夫我所望所樂所誇之冕何耶、非爾於我主耶穌臨時、而在其前乎、

蓋我所望、所喜、所詡、若戴冠冕者、何哉、非爾於吾主耶穌基督臨日乎、

蓋我儕所望所喜所誇之冕何哉、豈非爾曹於我主耶穌基督降臨時、得立於其前乎、

嗚呼、於主耶穌臨格時、孰為吾之希望、吾之欣慰、吾之榮冕乎？非爾也耶？

For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes? Is it not you?

What is our hope? What is our joy? When our Lord Jesus returns, what is the crown we will delight in? Isn’t it you?

For what is our hope or joy or crown of boasting before our Lord Jesus at his coming? Is it not you?

After all, what gives us hope and joy, and what will be our proud reward and crown as we stand before our Lord Jesus when he returns? It is you!

For who is our hope or joy or crown of boasting in the presence of our Lord Jesus at his coming? Is it not you?

For who is our hope, or joy or crown of pride, in the presence of our Lord Jesus at His coming? Or is it not indeed you?

For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming?

For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of glorying? Are not even ye, before our Lord Jesus at his coming?

For who is our hope or joy or crown of boasting in the presence of our Lord Jesus at His coming? Is it not you?

For who is our hope or joy or crown to boast of before our Lord Jesus at his coming? Is it not of course you?

For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Isn’t it even you, before our Lord Jesus at his coming?

Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord,[ my] dearly beloved.

To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.

Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

As also ye have acknowledged us in part, that we are your rejoicing, even as ye also[ are] ours in the day of the Lord Jesus.

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and[ I pray God] your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.

For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward[ is] with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.

Children’s children[ are] the crown of old men; and the glory of children[ are] their fathers.

Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

A virtuous woman[ is] a crown to her husband: but she that maketh ashamed[ is] as rottenness in his bones.

For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive[ and] remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

I charge[ thee] therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they[ also] which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

Righteous lips[ are] the delight of kings; and they love him that speaketh right.

That thou keep[ this] commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:Which in his times he shall shew,[ who is] the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;

For ye are our glory and joy.

Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe( because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of[ this] calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of[ his] goodness, and the work of faith with power:That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and[ by] our gathering together unto him,

That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.I have therefore whereof I may glory through Jesus Christ in those things which pertain to God.For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed,Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.

She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present[ you] faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
