For you, brothers, became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are in Judea. For you suffered the same things from your own countrymen as they did from the Jews,

弟兄们，你们曾效法犹太中在基督耶稣里神的各教会；因为你们也受了本地人的苦害，像他们受了犹太人的苦害一样。

弟兄们，你们与犹太地区上帝的各教会，就是在基督耶稣里的各教会，有同样的遭遇，因为你们也受了同胞的迫害，像他们受了犹太人的迫害一样。

弟兄们，你们与犹太地区神的各教会，就是在基督耶稣里的各教会，有同样的遭遇，因为你们也受了同胞的迫害，像他们受了犹太人的迫害一样。

弟兄姊妹，你们的遭遇和犹太地区基督耶稣的众教会的遭遇一样。你们受到了自己同胞的迫害，他们也受到了犹太人的迫害。

弟兄们，你们好像犹太地在基督耶稣里神的众教会一样，他们怎样遭受犹太人的迫害，你们也照样遭受同族人的迫害。

弟兄们，你们效法了犹太地区在基督耶稣里属神的各教会，因为你们也受了自己同胞的苦害，就像他们受了犹太人的苦害那样。

因為弟兄們，你們也像在猶太地基督耶穌裏的上帝眾教會那樣了。因為你們在自己同國人手下所受的苦、也正如他們在猶太人手下所受過的一樣。

弟兄們，你們效法了猶太地區在基督耶穌裡屬神的各教會，因為你們也受了自己同胞的苦害，就像他們受了猶太人的苦害那樣。

兄弟乎、爾嘗效在猶太屬基督耶穌之上帝會、以爾受苦於同族、猶彼於猶太人也、

兄弟效猶太宗基督耶穌上帝諸會、彼由猶太人受苦、爾由同族受苦亦然、

兄弟乎、爾曹曾效在猶太信基督耶穌之天主諸教會、蓋爾曹受苦於同族、如彼受苦於猶太人然、

兄弟乎、爾等實堪與猶太奉耶穌基督之諸教會、並駕齊驅。蓋爾等所遭受於爾國人之手者、與彼等所遭受於猶太人者、如出一轍也。

For you, brothers and sisters, became imitators of God’s churches in Judea, which are in Christ Jesus: You suffered from your own people the same things those churches suffered from the Jews

Brothers and sisters, you became like the members of God’s churches in Judea. They are believers in Christ Jesus, just as you are. Your own people made you suffer. You went through the same things the church members in Judea suffered from the Jews.

And then, dear brothers and sisters, you suffered persecution from your own countrymen. In this way, you imitated the believers in God’s churches in Judea who, because of their belief in Christ Jesus, suffered from their own people, the Jews.

For you, brothers and sisters, became imitators of God’s churches in Christ Jesus that are in Judea, since you have also suffered the same things from people of your own country, just as they did from the Jews

For you, brothers and sisters, became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are in Judea, for you also endured the same sufferings at the hands of your own countrymen, even as they did from the Jews,

For you, brethren, became imitators of the churches of God which are in Judea in Christ Jesus. For you also suffered the same things from your own countrymen, just as they did from the Judeans,

For ye, brethren, became imitators of the churches of God which are in Judæa in Christ Jesus: for ye also suffered the same things of your own countrymen, even as they did of the Jews;

For you, brothers, became imitators of God’s churches in Christ Jesus that are in Judea, since you have also suffered the same things from people of your own country, just as they did from the Jews

For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they[ have] of the Jews:

For you became imitators, brothers and sisters, of God’s churches in Christ Jesus that are in Judea, because you too suffered the same things from your own countrymen as they in fact did from the Jews,

For you, brothers, became imitators of the assemblies of God which are in Judea in Christ Jesus; for you also suffered the same things from your own countrymen, even as they did from the Jews

For when we were with you, we kept telling you beforehand that we were to suffer affliction, just as it has come to pass, and just as you know.

sometimes being publicly exposed to reproach and affliction, and sometimes being partners with those so treated.For you had compassion on those in prison, and you joyfully accepted the plundering of your property, since you knew that you yourselves had a better possession and an abiding one.

Therefore we ourselves boast about you in the churches of God for your steadfastness and faith in all your persecutions and in the afflictions that you are enduring.

We want you to know, brothers, about the grace of God that has been given among the churches of Macedonia,for in a severe test of affliction, their abundance of joy and their extreme poverty have overflowed in a wealth of generosity on their part.

And I was still unknown in person to the churches of Judea that are in Christ.

And you became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you received the word in much affliction, with the joy of the Holy Spirit,

In the days of his flesh, Jesus offered up prayers and supplications, with loud cries and tears, to him who was able to save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverence.Although he was a son, he learned obedience through what he suffered.

Paul, Silvanus, and Timothy, To the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:

But when the Jews from Thessalonica learned that the word of God was proclaimed by Paul at Berea also, they came there too, agitating and stirring up the crowds.

So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace and was being built up. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it multiplied.

Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where there was a synagogue of the Jews.And Paul went in, as was his custom, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures,explaining and proving that it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead, and saying,“ This Jesus, whom I proclaim to you, is the Christ.”And some of them were persuaded and joined Paul and Silas, as did a great many of the devout Greeks and not a few of the leading women.But the Jews were jealous, and taking some wicked men of the rabble, they formed a mob, set the city in an uproar, and attacked the house of Jason, seeking to bring them out to the crowd.And when they could not find them, they dragged Jason and some of the brothers before the city authorities, shouting,“ These men who have turned the world upside down have come here also,and Jason has received them, and they are all acting against the decrees of Caesar, saying that there is another king, Jesus.”And the people and the city authorities were disturbed when they heard these things.

And Saul approved of his execution. And there arose on that day a great persecution against the church in Jerusalem, and they were all scattered throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria, except the apostles.

Paul, Silvanus, and Timothy, To the church of the Thessalonians in God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace.

But Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest

Only let each person lead the life that the Lord has assigned to him, and to which God has called him. This is my rule in all the churches.

But Ananias answered,“ Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much evil he has done to your saints at Jerusalem.

About that time Herod the king laid violent hands on some who belonged to the church.He killed James the brother of John with the sword,and when he saw that it pleased the Jews, he proceeded to arrest Peter also. This was during the days of Unleavened Bread.

Now those who were scattered because of the persecution that arose over Stephen traveled as far as Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the word to no one except Jews.

But Saul was ravaging the church, and entering house after house, he dragged off men and women and committed them to prison.
