「明天大約這個時候，我會從便雅憫地派遣一個人到你這裡，你要膏立他作我子民以色列的領袖。他將拯救我的子民脫離非利士人的手，因為我眷顧我的子民，他們的哀聲已經達到我這裡。」

明日斯時、我遣便雅憫地之人就爾、爾必膏之、立為我民以色列之長、拯我民於非利士人手、蓋我民之呼籲達於我前、我垂顧之、

明日斯時、我遣便雅憫人就爾、爾必沐以膏、使為以色列族長、拯我民於非利士人手、蓋民呼籲於上、而我垂顧之。

明日約此時、我將使一人自便雅憫地、來此就爾、爾必膏之立為我民以色列君、救我民脫於非利士人之手、蓋我垂顧我民、其呼籲上達於我、

“ About this time tomorrow I will send you a man from the land of Benjamin. Anoint him ruler over my people Israel; he will deliver them from the hand of the Philistines. I have looked on my people, for their cry has reached me.”

“ About this time tomorrow I will send you a man. He is from the land of Benjamin. Anoint him to be the king of my people Israel. He will save them from the power of the Philistines. I have seen how much my people are suffering. Their cry for help has reached me.”

“ Tomorrow about this time I will send to you a man from the land of Benjamin, and you shall anoint him to be prince over my people Israel. He shall save my people from the hand of the Philistines. For I have seen my people, because their cry has come to me.”

“ About this time tomorrow I will send you a man from the land of Benjamin. Anoint him to be the leader of my people, Israel. He will rescue them from the Philistines, for I have looked down on my people in mercy and have heard their cry.”

“ About this time tomorrow I will send you a man from the land of Benjamin, and you shall anoint him as ruler over My people Israel; and he will save My people from the hand of the Philistines. For I have considered My people, because their outcry has come to Me.”

To- morrow about this time I will send thee a man out of the land of Benjamin, and thou shalt anoint him to be prince over my people Israel; and he shall save my people out of the hand of the Philistines: for I have looked upon my people, because their cry is come unto me.

“ At this time tomorrow I will send you a man from the land of Benjamin. Anoint him ruler over My people Israel. He will save them from the hand of the Philistines because I have seen the affliction of My people, for their cry has come to Me.”

Tomorrow about this time I will send thee a man out of the land of Benjamin, and thou shalt anoint him[ to be] captain over my people Israel, that he may save my people out of the hand of the Philistines: for I have looked upon my people, because their cry is come unto me.

“ At this time tomorrow I will send to you a man from the land of Benjamin. You must consecrate him as a leader over my people Israel. He will save my people from the hand of the Philistines. For I have looked with favor on my people. Their cry has reached me!”

“ Tomorrow about this time I will send you a man out of the land of Benjamin, and you shall anoint him to be prince over my people Israel. He will save my people out of the hand of the Philistines; for I have looked upon my people, because their cry has come to me.”

Then Samuel took a flask of oil and poured it on his head, and kissed him and said:“ Is it not because the Lord has anointed you commander over His inheritance?

Nevertheless He regarded their affliction, When He heard their cry;

And the Lord said:“ I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.So I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites.Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them.

Look on my affliction and my pain, And forgive all my sins.

Then the Lord said to him:“ Go, return on your way to the Wilderness of Damascus; and when you arrive, anoint Hazael as king over Syria.Also you shall anoint Jehu the son of Nimshi as king over Israel. And Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abel Meholah you shall anoint as prophet in your place.

Samuel also said to Saul,“ The Lord sent me to anoint you king over His people, over Israel. Now therefore, heed the voice of the words of the Lord.

Then take the flask of oil, and pour it on his head, and say,‘ Thus says the Lord:“ I have anointed you king over Israel.”’ Then open the door and flee, and do not delay.”So the young man, the servant of the prophet, went to Ramoth Gilead.And when he arrived, there were the captains of the army sitting; and he said,“ I have a message for you, Commander.” Jehu said,“ For which one of us?” And he said,“ For you, Commander.”Then he arose and went into the house. And he poured the oil on his head, and said to him,“ Thus says the Lord God of Israel:‘ I have anointed you king over the people of the Lord, over Israel.

Then invite Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will show you what you shall do; you shall anoint for Me the one I name to you.”

Now it happened in the process of time that the king of Egypt died. Then the children of Israel groaned because of the bondage, and they cried out; and their cry came up to God because of the bondage.So God heard their groaning, and God remembered His covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob.And God looked upon the children of Israel, and God acknowledged them.
