There were 24,000 men in his division.The seventh, for the seventh month, was Helez the Pelonite, an Ephraimite. He also made buildings to store the harvest of grain, new wine and olive oil; and he made stalls for various kinds of cattle, and pens for the flocks.He built villages and acquired great numbers of flocks and herds, for God had given him very great riches.

Solomon’s daily provisions were thirty cors of the finest flour and sixty cors of meal,ten head of stall-fed cattle, twenty of pasture-fed cattle and a hundred sheep and goats, as well as deer, gazelles, roebucks and choice fowl.
