The Israelites said to Samuel,“ Don’t stop crying out to the Lord our God for us, so that He will save us from the hand of the Philistines.”

以色列人对撒母耳说：“愿你不住地为我们呼求耶和华我们的神，救我们脱离非利士人的手。”

以色列人对撒母耳说：“愿你不住为我们呼求耶和华—我们的上帝，救我们脱离非利士人的手。”

他们对撒母耳说：“请你为我们不停地呼求我们的上帝耶和华，求祂从非利士人手中拯救我们。”

以色列人对撒母耳说：“请你不要静默，为我们呼求耶和华我们的神吧，好叫他拯救我们脱离非利士人的手。”

以色列子民对撒母耳说：“请不要停止为我们向耶和华我们的神呼求，好使他拯救我们脱离非利士人的手。”

以色列人對撒母耳說：「願你不住地為我們呼求耶和華－我們的神，救我們脫離非利士人的手。」

以色列人對撒母耳說：「願你不住為我們呼求耶和華－我們的上帝，救我們脫離非利士人的手。」

以色列人對撒母耳說：「願你不住為我們呼求耶和華－我們的神，救我們脫離非利士人的手。」

他們對撒母耳說：「請你為我們不停地呼求我們的上帝耶和華，求祂從非利士人手中拯救我們。」

以色列人對撒母耳說：『願你不靜默地為我們哀呼永恆主我們的上帝救我們脫離非利士人的手。』

以色列子民對撒母耳說：「請不要停止為我們向耶和華我們的神呼求，好使他拯救我們脫離非利士人的手。」

謂撒母耳曰、為我籲我上帝耶和華勿輟、俾援我於非利士人手、

請於撒母耳曰、為我呼籲耶和華不絕、俾得救我於非利士人手。

以色列人謂撒母耳曰、爾莫不為我呼籲主我之天主、救我於非利士人之手、

They said to Samuel,“ Do not stop crying out to the Lord our God for us, that he may rescue us from the hand of the Philistines.”

They said to Samuel,“ Don’t stop crying out to the Lord our God to help us. Keep praying that he’ll save us from the power of the Philistines.”

And the people of Israel said to Samuel,“ Do not cease to cry out to the Lord our God for us, that he may save us from the hand of the Philistines.”

“ Don’t stop pleading with the Lord our God to save us from the Philistines!” they begged Samuel.

The Israelites said to Samuel,“ Don’t stop crying out to the LORD our God for us, so that he will save us from the Philistines.”

So the sons of Israel said to Samuel,“ Do not stop crying out to the Lord our God for us, that He will save us from the hand of the Philistines!”

So the children of Israel said to Samuel,“ Do not cease to cry out to the Lord our God for us, that He may save us from the hand of the Philistines.”

And the children of Israel said to Samuel, Cease not to cry unto Jehovah our God for us, that he will save us out of the hand of the Philistines.

And the children of Israel said to Samuel, Cease not to cry unto the LORD our God for us, that he will save us out of the hand of the Philistines.

The Israelites said to Samuel,“ Keep crying out to the LORD our God so that he may save us from the hand of the Philistines!”

The children of Israel said to Samuel,“ Don’t stop crying to Yahweh our God for us, that he will save us out of the hand of the Philistines.”

Perhaps Yahweh your God will hear all the words of the Rabshakeh, whom his master the king of Assyria sent to mock the living God, and will rebuke him for the words that Yahweh your God has heard. Therefore offer a prayer for the surviving remnant.’”

They pleaded with Samuel,“ Pray to the Lord your God for your servants, so we won’t die! For we have added to all our sins the evil of requesting a king for ourselves.”Samuel replied,“ Don’t be afraid. Even though you have committed all this evil, don’t turn away from following the Lord. Instead, worship the Lord with all your heart.Don’t turn away to follow worthless things that can’t profit or deliver you; they are worthless.The Lord will not abandon His people, because of His great name and because He has determined to make you His own people.“ As for me, I vow that I will not sin against the Lord by ceasing to pray for you. I will teach you the good and right way.Above all, fear the Lord and worship Him faithfully with all your heart; consider the great things He has done for you.

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The urgent request of a righteous person is very powerful in its effect.

I will not keep silent because of Zion, and I will not keep still because of Jerusalem, until her righteousness shines like a bright light and her salvation, like a flaming torch.

Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen on your walls; they will never be silent, day or night. There is no rest for you, who remind the Lord.Do not give Him rest until He establishes and makes Jerusalem the praise of the earth.
