上帝啊，諸水看見了你；諸水一見了你就翻騰；深淵都戰抖。密雲倒出水來；雲霄發出響聲；你的閃箭也飛來飛去。你的雷聲在旋風中；電閃照亮世界；大地戰抖震動。

永恆主用刀使西西拉和所有的車輛跟軍兵都在巴拉面前潰亂；西西拉下車，步行逃跑。

他以黑暗為他的隱匿處、他四圍的幕棚；他以水的黑暗、天空的密雲、為帳幕。他的密雲、冰雹及火炭、都從他面前的光輝經過。永恆主在天上打雷；至高者發出他的聲音，冰雹及火炭。他射出他的箭來，使仇敵四散；他閃了閃電使他們潰亂。

他應聲告訴我說：『這是永恆主的話、向所羅巴伯說的：萬軍之永恆主說；不是依靠權勢，不是倚靠能力，乃是倚靠我的靈。

隨有閃電、響聲、和雷轟，又有大地震；這麼大這麼厲害的地震、是從地上有人以來、未嘗有的。那大城裂為三分；列國的城都傾覆了。大巴比倫在上帝面前被記得，就有上帝震怒報應之杯酒給她喝。各海島都逃走了，眾山也不見了。又有大雹子、重約一百磅、從天上落到人身上。由於雹災、因這災殃極大、人就褻瀆上帝。
