摩西遂舉杖向天、耶和華使雷震雹降、火閃於地、雹遍埃及、雹中雜火、其勢甚烈、自埃及肇基以來、未之有也、埃及通國人畜、凡在田者、咸被雹擊、田蔬悉傷、園木盡折、

上帝歟、諸水見爾、見而驚惶、深淵亦戰慄兮、雲傾水、天發聲、爾矢四馳兮、雷聲發於狂飇、電照寰宇、大地顫動兮、

耶和華刃擊、潰亂西西拉及其車乘軍旅、於巴拉前、西西拉下車、徒行而遁、

火燎其前、焚四周之敵兮、其電照耀世界、大地見之而顫兮、

隱於玄冥、使為幕以環之、即水之黑暗、雲之濃密兮、由其前之光輝、冰雹炭火、經過密雲而出兮、耶和華自天起雷、至高者發其聲、並有冰雹炭火兮、彼發矢以潰敵、屢閃電而亂之兮、

彼曰、此乃耶和華諭所羅巴伯之言曰、非以權勢、非以能力、乃藉我神、萬軍之耶和華言之矣、

又有電與聲與雷、地亦大震、自生民以來、其震未有若是之大也、大邑遂裂為三、列邦諸邑傾圮、且大巴比倫見憶於上帝前、致以恚怒之杯酒予之、各島皆遁、諸山不見、且有大雹、自天而降、各重一鈞、人因雹災、謗讟上帝、蓋其災甚大也、
