于是民众派人去示罗，从那里把坐在基路伯之上的万军之耶和华的约柜抬来，以利的两个儿子何弗尼和非尼哈也跟着神的约柜来了。

于是百姓打发人到示罗，从那里将坐在二基路伯上万军之耶和华的约柜抬来。以利的两个儿子何弗尼、非尼哈与神的约柜同来。

於是民遣人詣示羅、舁居基路伯間、萬軍之耶和華約匱而至、以利二子、何弗尼非尼哈、與約匱偕、

當時有居𠼻𡀔［口氷］間萬物主耶和華之約匱在示羅、以利二子、何弗尼非尼哈在側、民遣使詣彼、以攜之至。

民遣人至示羅、由彼以居基路伯間萬有之主之約匱舁來、以利二子何弗尼非尼哈偕至、守天主之約匱、

So the people sent men to Shiloh, and they brought back the ark of the covenant of the Lord Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim. And Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So the people sent men to Shiloh. They brought back the ark of the Lord’ s covenant law. He sits there on his throne between the cherubim. The Lord is the one who rules over all. Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were with the ark of God’s covenant law. The ark was in Shiloh.

So the people sent to Shiloh and brought from there the ark of the covenant of the Lord of hosts, who is enthroned on the cherubim. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So they sent men to Shiloh to bring the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, who is enthroned between the cherubim. Hophni and Phinehas, the sons of Eli, were also there with the Ark of the Covenant of God.

So the people sent men to Shiloh to bring back the ark of the covenant of the LORD of Armies, who is enthroned between the cherubim. Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So the people sent men to Shiloh, and from there they carried the ark of the covenant of the Lord of armies who is enthroned above the cherubim; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So the people sent to Shiloh, that they might bring from there the ark of the covenant of the Lord of hosts, who dwells between the cherubim. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So the people sent to Shiloh; and they brought from thence the ark of the covenant of Jehovah of hosts, who sitteth above the cherubim: and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So the army sent to Shiloh, and they took from there the ark of the covenant of the LORD of hosts who sits between the cherubim. Now the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phineas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So the people sent to Shiloh, and they brought from there the ark of the covenant of Yahweh of Armies, who sits above the cherubim; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

以色列的牧者啊，引领约瑟如同引领羊群的那一位啊，求你倾听！坐在基路伯之上的那一位啊，求你发出光芒！

耶和华作王，万民当颤抖！他坐在基路伯之上，大地当摇撼！

但神对恶人说：“你凭什么讲述我的律例，口中提起我的约呢？实际上，你恨恶管教，把我的话语丢在身后。

万军之耶和华说：“现在你们当恳求神的恩宠，说：‘愿神恩待我们！’你们的手献上这样的东西，难道他会接纳你们吗？”

以利的两个儿子是卑劣之徒，不尊重耶和华，也不尊重祭司对民众的规矩。每当有人献祭，正在煮肉的时候，祭司的仆人就会来，手拿三齿的叉子，插入盆子，或筐子，或大锅，或小锅，叉子插上来的，祭司全都拿去归自己。他们就是这样对待所有来到示罗的以色列人。甚至在烧献脂肪以前，祭司的仆人也会来，对献祭的人说：“把祭肉交给祭司去烤，他不接受你煮过的肉，他只要生肉。”如果献祭的人说“必须先烧献了脂肪，然后你可以随意拿”，祭司的仆人就会说“不，你现在就给我，不然我就抢了”。这两个年轻祭司的罪在耶和华面前极大，因为他们藐视耶和华的供物。

这时以利已经很老了，他听说儿子们对以色列众人所做的一切，还听说他们与会幕门口服事的妇女们同寝，

邪灵回答他们，说：“耶稣我认识，保罗我也知道！但你们呢？你们是谁？”有邪灵附身的那个人就跳到他们身上，压制了所有的人，胜过了他们，以致他们赤着身带着伤，从那房子逃了出去。
