當時有居𠼻𡀔［口氷］間萬物主耶和華之約匱在示羅、以利二子、何弗尼非尼哈在側、民遣使詣彼、以攜之至。

民遣人至示羅、由彼以居基路伯間萬有之主之約匱舁來、以利二子何弗尼非尼哈偕至、守天主之約匱、

So the people sent men to Shiloh, and they brought back the ark of the covenant of the Lord Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim. And Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So the people sent men to Shiloh. They brought back the ark of the Lord’ s covenant law. He sits there on his throne between the cherubim. The Lord is the one who rules over all. Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were with the ark of God’s covenant law. The ark was in Shiloh.

So the people sent to Shiloh and brought from there the ark of the covenant of the Lord of hosts, who is enthroned on the cherubim. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So they sent men to Shiloh to bring the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, who is enthroned between the cherubim. Hophni and Phinehas, the sons of Eli, were also there with the Ark of the Covenant of God.

每當摩西走進會幕要與耶和華說話時，便聽見耶和華從約櫃的施恩座上、兩個基路伯天使中間對他說話。

以色列的牧者啊，你像照顧羊群一樣帶領約瑟的子孫，求你垂聽我們的祈禱。坐在基路伯天使之上的耶和華啊，求你向以法蓮、便雅憫和瑪拿西發出光輝，求你施展大能來拯救我們。

耶和華掌權，萬民當戰抖；祂坐在基路伯天使之上，大地當戰抖。

禱告說：「坐在二基路伯天使之上、以色列的上帝耶和華啊，唯有你是天下萬國的上帝，你創造了天地。

「拔營出發的時候，亞倫父子們要進會幕解下聖所和至聖所之間的幔子，用它遮蓋約櫃，

但上帝對惡人說：「你怎能背誦我的律法，談論我的約？你憎惡我的管教，把我的話拋在腦後。

現在，你們祈求上帝向我們施恩吧！然而，你們獻上這樣的祭物，祂怎會垂聽你們的祈求呢？

以利的兩個兒子為人邪惡，不敬畏耶和華，對民眾不守自己做祭司的職分。每當民眾來獻祭，還在煮祭肉的時候，他們的僕人便拿著三齒叉來，從罐裡、鼎裡、釜裡或鍋裡插肉，把插上來的祭肉據為己有。他們這樣對待所有到示羅來的以色列人。甚至在焚燒脂肪之前，祭司的僕人就來對獻祭的人說：「把肉給祭司烤吧！他不要煮過的，只要生的。」如果獻祭的人答道：「要先焚燒脂肪，之後你可以隨便拿。」僕人便會說：「不，你現在就給我，不然我就要搶了。」在耶和華的眼中，這兩個青年罪惡深重，因為他們輕視獻給耶和華的祭物。

「拔營出發時，哥轄的子孫要等到亞倫父子們把聖所和聖所的器具都蓋好後，才可以來抬。他們負責抬這些會幕的器具，但不可觸摸這些聖物，免得死亡。

用純金在施恩座的兩端打造兩個基路伯天使，跟施恩座連在一起，一端一個。兩個基路伯天使要面對面朝向施恩座，向上展開翅膀，遮蓋施恩座。要把施恩座放在櫃上面，把我賜給你的約版放在櫃裡。我就在那裡跟你會面，從兩個基路伯天使中間的施恩座上，把要傳給以色列百姓的一切誡命告訴你。

以利年事已高，他聽說兩個兒子對待以色列人的惡行，以及他們與在會幕門口供職的婦女行淫的事後，

邪靈回答說：「耶穌，我認識；保羅，我也知道。但你們是誰？」被邪靈附身的人隨即撲向他們，攻擊他們，制伏了他們，使他們赤著身子帶著傷從屋裡逃走了。
