大衛就求問永恆主說：『我可以追趕這羣匪幫麼？我追得上追不上呢？』永恆主對他說：『你可以追趕；一定追得上，並且一定搶救得來。』

大卫求问耶和华说：“我追赶敌军，追得上追不上呢？”耶和华说：“你可以追，必追得上，都救得回来。”

大卫求问耶和华说：“我追赶这群人，是否追得上呢？”耶和华对他说：“你可以追，一定追得上，也一定救得回来。”

大卫求问耶和华说：“我追赶这群人，是否追得上呢？”耶和华对他说：“你可以追，一定追得上，也一定救得回来。”

大卫求问耶和华，说：“我该追赶敌人吗？我能追上他们吗？”耶和华答道：“追赶他们吧，你必能追上他们，救回一切。”

大卫求问耶和华说：“我可以追赶这群匪徒吗？我可以追上他们吗？”耶和华回答他：“你可以追赶，你必定追上，也必定把一切救回来。”

大卫求问耶和华说：“我该去追赶这些匪徒吗？我能追上他们吗？”耶和华回答他：“去追赶，你必定追上，必定把一切救回来。”

大衛求問耶和華說：「我追趕敵軍，追得上追不上呢？」耶和華說：「你可以追，必追得上，都救得回來。」

大衛求問耶和華說：「我追趕這羣人，是否追得上呢？」耶和華對他說：「你可以追，一定追得上，也一定救得回來。」

大衛求問耶和華說：「我追趕這羣人，是否追得上呢？」耶和華對他說：「你可以追，一定追得上，也一定救得回來。」

大衛求問耶和華，說：「我該追趕敵人嗎？我能追上他們嗎？」耶和華答道：「追趕他們吧，你必能追上他們，救回一切。」

大衛求問耶和華說：“我可以追趕這群匪徒嗎？我可以追上他們嗎？”耶和華回答他：“你可以追趕，你必定追上，也必定把一切救回來。”

大衛求問耶和華說：「我該去追趕這些匪徒嗎？我能追上他們嗎？」耶和華回答他：「去追趕，你必定追上，必定把一切救回來。」

大衛詢於耶和華曰、若追其軍、可及之乎、曰、追之必及、而反所有、

大闢問耶和華曰、欲追其軍、可乎。追可及乎。曰、追之必及、諸物悉獲。

大衛問主曰、追其軍可乎、追之可及乎、曰、可追、追必及、一切必救之歸、

and David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I pursue this raiding party? Will I overtake them?”“ Pursue them,” he answered.“ You will certainly overtake them and succeed in the rescue.”

David asked the Lord for advice. He said,“ Should I chase after the men who attacked Ziklag? If I do, will I catch up with them?”“ Chase after them,” the Lord answered.“ You will certainly catch up with them. You will succeed in saving those who were captured.”

And David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I pursue after this band? Shall I overtake them?” He answered him,“ Pursue, for you shall surely overtake and shall surely rescue.”

Then David asked the Lord,“ Should I chase after this band of raiders? Will I catch them?” And the Lord told him,“ Yes, go after them. You will surely recover everything that was taken from you!”

and David asked the LORD,“ Should I pursue these raiders? Will I overtake them?” The LORD replied to him,“ Pursue them, for you will certainly overtake them and rescue the people.”

And David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I pursue this band of raiders? Will I overtake them?” And He said to him,“ Pursue, for you will certainly overtake them, and you will certainly rescue everyone.”

So David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them?” And He answered him,“ Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.”

And David inquired of Jehovah, saying, If I pursue after this troop, shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue; for thou shalt surely overtake them, and shalt without fail recover all.

and David asked the Lord:“ Should I pursue these raiders? Will I overtake them?” The Lord replied to him,“ Pursue them, for you will certainly overtake them and rescue the people.”

And David enquired at the LORD, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake[ them], and without fail recover[ all].

David inquired of the LORD, saying,“ Should I pursue this raiding band? Will I overtake them?” He said to him,“ Pursue, for you will certainly overtake them and carry out a rescue!”

David inquired of Yahweh, saying,“ If I pursue after this troop, will I overtake them?” He answered him,“ Pursue; for you will surely overtake them, and will without fail recover all.”

亞瑪力人所拿走的財物、大衛全都奪回；他的兩個妻子大衛也搶救回來。

大衛就求問永恆主說：『我去擊打這些非利士人、可以不可以？』永恆主對大衛說：『你可以擊打非利士人，拯救基伊拉。』

你要全心仰賴着永恆主，不可依靠你自己的聰明；在你一切所行的路上、你都要認定他，他就使你的路徑平直。

大衛求問永恆主，永恆主說：『你不要一直上去；要繞到他們後頭，從桑樹林對面去攻打他們。

大衛求問永恆主說：『我可以上去攻打非利士人麼？你將他們交在我手裏麼？』永恆主對大衛說：『你可以上去；我一定將非利士人交在你手裏。』

於是大衛又求問永恆主。永恆主回答說：『你只管起身、下基伊拉去；我必將非利士人交在你手裏。』

未擺陣之先，以色列人上去，在永恆主面前哭哭啼啼、直到晚上，求問永恆主說：『再去同我們的族弟兄便雅憫人在戰陣上接觸、可以不可以？』永恆主說：『你們可以上去攻打他們。』

大衛說：『永恆主以色列的上帝啊，你僕人確實聽見為了我的緣故掃羅要到基伊拉來毁壞這城。掃羅會不會照僕人所聽到的下來呢？永恆主以色列的上帝啊，求你告訴僕人。』永恆主說：『掃羅必下來。』大衛又說：『基伊拉公民會不會將我和跟從我的人送交掃羅手裏呢？』永恆主說：『會送交的。』

他向我呼求，我就應他；他在患難中、我必和他同在；我必救拔他，使他尊貴。

他要侍立在祭司以利亞撒面前，以利亞撒要憑烏陵的判斷在永恆主面前為他求問，他和跟着的以色列眾人、全會眾、都要照以利亞撒所吩咐的而出，照以利亞撒所吩咐的而入。』

在患難的日子你要呼求我，我便救拔你；你就榮耀我。』

掃羅求問永恆主，永恆主卻沒有藉着夢，沒有藉着烏陵，也沒有藉着神言人而回答他。

以色列人就起來，到伯特利去求問上帝，說：『我們中間誰該先上去、同便雅憫人交戰呢？』永恆主說：『猶大應該先上去。』

撒母耳對掃羅說：『你為甚麼攪擾我，把我招上來？』掃羅說：『我非常困難；非利士人對我作戰，上帝又離開我，不再由神言人經手、也不再藉着夢來回答我；因此我請你來指示我該怎樣行。』撒母耳說：『永恆主既已離開了你，跟你為敵，為甚麼還問我呢？

掃羅求問上帝說：『我下去追趕非利士人可以不可以？你將他們交在以色列人手裏不交？』這一天上帝沒有回答他。
