But David said,“ My brothers, you must not do this with what the LORD has given us. He protected us and handed over to us the raiders who came against us.

But David said,“ You must not do so, my brothers, with what the Lord has given us, for He has protected us and handed over to us the band of raiders that came against us.

耶和華必使你免受災害，保護你的性命。不論你出或入，耶和華都會保護你，從現在直到永遠。

貧窮富足在於祂，卑微高貴也在於祂。

迦勒底人向漁網獻祭，向漁網燒香，因為他們靠漁網而富裕，食物充足。

大衛求問耶和華，說：「我該追趕敵人嗎？我能追上他們嗎？」耶和華答道：「追趕他們吧，你必能追上他們，救回一切。」

富貴和尊榮都從你而來，你掌管一切，你手中有權能和力量，能使人尊大、強盛。我們的上帝啊，我們稱頌你，讚美你榮耀的名。「我算什麼，我的人民算什麼，怎麼配向你奉獻？因為萬物都從你而來，我們只是把從你那裡得來的獻給你。
