大卫问他说：“你肯领我们到敌军那里不肯？”他回答说：“你要向我指着神起誓，不杀我，也不将我交在我主人手里，我就领你下到敌军那里。”

大卫对他说：“你肯领我们下到那群人那里吗？”他说：“你要向我指着上帝起誓，你不杀我，也不把我交在我主人手里，我就领你下到那群人那里。”

大卫对他说：“你肯领我们下到那群人那里吗？”他说：“你要向我指着神起誓，你不杀我，也不把我交在我主人手里，我就领你下到那群人那里。”

大卫又问他：“你可以领我去这些袭击者那里吗？”他答道：“你先凭上帝向我起誓，你不杀我，也不把我交给我的主人，我就带你去。”

大卫对他说：“你愿意带我下到那一群匪徒那里吗？”他回答：“如果你指着神向我起誓，不杀死我，也不把我交在我主人手里，我就带你下到那一群匪徒那里去。”

大卫问他：“你愿意带我下到匪徒那里吗？”他回答：“如果你指着神向我起誓，绝不杀我，也绝不把我交在我主人手中，我就带你下到匪徒那里。”

大衛問他說：「你肯領我們到敵軍那裏不肯？」他回答說：「你要向我指着神起誓，不殺我，也不將我交在我主人手裏，我就領你下到敵軍那裏。」

大衛對他說：「你肯領我們下到那羣人那裏嗎？」他說：「你要向我指着上帝起誓，你不殺我，也不把我交在我主人手裏，我就領你下到那羣人那裏。」

大衛對他說：「你肯領我們下到那羣人那裏嗎？」他說：「你要向我指着神起誓，你不殺我，也不把我交在我主人手裏，我就領你下到那羣人那裏。」

大衛又問他：「你可以領我去這些襲擊者那裡嗎？」他答道：「你先憑上帝向我起誓，你不殺我，也不把我交給我的主人，我就帶你去。」

大衛對他說：“你願意帶我下到那一群匪徒那裡嗎？”他回答：“如果你指著神向我起誓，不殺死我，也不把我交在我主人手裡，我就帶你下到那一群匪徒那裡去。”

大衛問他說：『你肯領我們下到這羣匪幫那裏不肯？』他說：『你要指着上帝向我起誓不殺死我，也不將我送交我主人手裏，我就領你下到這羣匪幫那裏。』

大衛問他：「你願意帶我下到匪徒那裡嗎？」他回答：「如果你指著神向我起誓，絕不殺我，也絕不把我交在我主人手中，我就帶你下到匪徒那裡。」

大衛曰、願導我至其軍乎、曰、爾指上帝以誓、必不殺我、不付我於主手、我則導爾至其軍、

大闢曰、汝能導我至爾軍前乎。曰、如爾指上帝以誓、必不殺我、亦不反我與主、則我將導爾至我軍前。

大衛問之曰、爾能導我至其軍前乎、曰、如爾指天主而誓、不殺我、亦不付我於主人手、則我導爾至其軍前、

David asked him,“ Can you lead me down to this raiding party?” He answered,“ Swear to me before God that you will not kill me or hand me over to my master, and I will take you down to them.”

David asked him,“ Can you lead me down to the men who attacked Ziklag?” He answered,“ Make a promise to me in the name of God. Promise that you won’t kill me. Promise that you won’t hand me over to my master. Then I’ll take you down to them.”

And David said to him,“ Will you take me down to this band?” And he said,“ Swear to me by God that you will not kill me or deliver me into the hands of my master, and I will take you down to this band.”

“ Will you lead me to this band of raiders?” David asked. The young man replied,“ If you take an oath in God’s name that you will not kill me or give me back to my master, then I will guide you to them.”

David then asked him,“ Will you lead me to these raiders?” He said,“ Swear to me by God that you won’t kill me or turn me over to my master, and I will lead you to them.”

Then David said to him,“ Will you bring me down to this band of raiders?” And he said,“ Swear to me by God that you will not kill me or hand me over to my master, and I will bring you down to this band.”

And David said to him,“ Can you take me down to this troop?” So he said,“ Swear to me by God that you will neither kill me nor deliver me into the hands of my master, and I will take you down to this troop.”

And David said to him, Wilt thou bring me down to this troop? And he said, Swear unto me by God, that thou wilt neither kill me, nor deliver me up into the hands of my master, and I will bring thee down to this troop.

David then asked him,“ Will you lead me to these raiders?” He said,“ Swear to me by God that you won’t kill me or turn me over to my master, and I will lead you to them.”

And David said to him, Canst thou bring me down to this company? And he said, Swear unto me by God, that thou wilt neither kill me, nor deliver me into the hands of my master, and I will bring thee down to this company.

David said to him,“ Can you take us down to this raiding party?” He said,“ Swear to me by God that you will not kill me or hand me over to my master, and I will take you down to this raiding party.”

David said to him,“ Will you bring me down to this troop?” He said,“ Swear to me by God that you will not kill me and not deliver me up into the hands of my master, and I will bring you down to this troop.”

众首领对全会众说：“我们已经指着耶和华以色列的神向他们起誓，现在我们不能害他们。我们要如此待他们，容他们活着，免得有忿怒因我们所起的誓临到我们身上。”

“若有奴仆脱了主人的手，逃到你那里，你不可将他交付他的主人。他必在你那里与你同住，在你的城邑中，要由他选择一个所喜悦的地方居住；你不可欺负他。

他轻看向王所起的誓，背弃王与他所立的约。主耶和华说：我指着我的永生起誓，他定要死在立他作王、巴比伦王的京都。

亚吉叫大卫来，对他说：“我指着永生的耶和华起誓，你是正直人。你随我在军中出入，我看你甚好。自从你投奔我到如今，我未曾见你有什么过失；只是众首领不喜悦你。

从以色列的宗室中取一人与他立约，使他发誓，并将国中有势力的人掳去，

所以主耶和华如此说：“我指着我的永生起誓，他既轻看指我所起的誓，背弃指我所立的约，我必要使这罪归在他头上。

现在我既是恩待你们，求你们指着耶和华向我起誓，也要恩待我父家，并给我一个实在的证据，

于是约书亚与他们讲和，与他们立约，容他们活着；会众的首领也向他们起誓。
