When Achish asked,“ Where did you go raiding today?” David would say,“ Against the Negev of Judah” or“ Against the Negev of Jerahmeel” or“ Against the Negev of the Kenites.”

Achish would ask,“ Who did you attack today?” David would answer,“ The people who live in the Negev Desert of Judah.” Or he would answer,“ The people in the Negev Desert of Jerahmeel.” Or he would answer,“ The people in the Negev Desert of the Kenites.”

When Achish asked,“ Where have you made a raid today?” David would say,“ Against the Negeb of Judah,” or,“ Against the Negeb of the Jerahmeelites,” or,“ Against the Negeb of the Kenites.”

“ Where did you make your raid today?” Achish would ask. And David would reply,“ Against the south of Judah, the Jerahmeelites, and the Kenites.”

who inquired,“ Where did you raid today?” David replied,“ The south country of Judah,”“ The south country of the Jerahmeelites,” or“ The south country of the Kenites.”

Now Achish said,“ Where did you carry out an attack today?” And David said,“ Against the Negev of Judah, against the Negev of the Jerahmeelites, and against the Negev of the Kenites.”

Then Achish would say,“ Where have you made a raid today?” And David would say,“ Against the southern area of Judah, or against the southern area of the Jerahmeelites, or against the southern area of the Kenites.”

And Achish said, Against whom have ye made a raid to- day? And David said, Against the South of Judah, and against the South of the Jerahmeelites, and against the South of the Kenites.

那时忽有使者来见扫罗说：“请你赶快回去，因为非利士人来突击这地。”

以撒问：“你真是我的儿子以扫吗？”他回答：“我是。”

虚伪是我憎恨厌恶的，你的律法却是我所爱的。

押沙龙的臣仆到这家来见那妇人，问她：“亚希玛斯和约拿单在哪里？”那妇人回答他们说：“他们已经过了河了。”于是臣仆搜索他们，却没有找着，就都回耶路撒冷去了。

愿基尼人希伯的妻子雅亿，比众妇女更有福气，比住在帐棚的妇女更有福气。

巴兰看见了基尼人，就作歌，说：“你的居所坚固，你的窝巢建在磐石中；

但那女人已把那两个人藏起来，还这样回答王：“不错，那些人到过我这里来，但是，我不知道他们是从哪里来的。天黑、城门快要关的时候，那些人出去了；我不知道他们到哪里去。你们快去追赶，必可以追上他们。”其实她领他们上了屋顶，把他们藏在堆放在屋顶的麻秸里面。

扫罗又对基尼人说：“你们走吧！离开亚玛力人下去吧！免得我把你们与他们一同消灭。因为以色列众人从埃及上来的时候，你们曾经以慈爱待他们。”于是基尼人离开亚玛力人去了。

大卫对亚希米勒祭司说：“王吩咐我作一件事，对我说：‘我差派你，吩咐你去办的这事，你不要让任何人知道，我已经指示我的仆人在某地会面。’

惧怕人的，必陷入网罗；倚靠耶和华的，必得安全。

求你使我离开虚谎的路，施恩把你的律法赐给我。

所以，你们要除掉谎言，各人要与邻舍说真话，因为我们彼此是肢体。
