Now therefore let my lord the king hear the words of his servant. If it is the Lord who has stirred you up against me, may he accept an offering, but if it is men, may they be cursed before the Lord, for they have driven me out this day that I should have no share in the heritage of the Lord, saying,‘ Go, serve other gods.’

求我主我王听仆人的话：若是耶和华激发你攻击我，愿耶和华收纳祭物；若是人激发你，愿他在耶和华面前受咒诅；因为他现今赶逐我，不容我在耶和华的产业上有份，说：‘你去侍奉别神吧！’

我主我王，请听仆人说，如果是耶和华使你与我作对，愿祂悦纳我献上的祭物；如果这是出于人的主意，愿他们在耶和华面前受咒诅。因为他们赶我离开耶和华所赐的产业，叫我去服侍外族人的神明。

现在求我主我王听你仆人的话。如果是耶和华激动你攻击我，愿耶和华收纳祭物；如果是人激动你，愿他们在耶和华面前受咒诅，因为他们今天把我赶出来，不容我在耶和华的产业上有分，说：‘你去服事别的神吧！’

我主歟、我王歟、請聽僕言、如爾攻我、事由耶和華、可享禮物、如事由人、願耶和華加以咒詛、蓋人驅我、使我離耶和華民、而事他上帝。今日之事可為證。

求我主我王聽僕言、如主使爾逼迫我、可饗祭物、如人慫恿爾、願其在主前受咒詛、蓋驅我不容居於主之民中、主之民中原文作主之業中謂我曰、往事他神、

Now let my lord the king listen to his servant’s words. If the Lord has incited you against me, then may he accept an offering. If, however, people have done it, may they be cursed before the Lord! They have driven me today from my share in the Lord’s inheritance and have said,‘ Go, serve other gods.’

King Saul, please listen to what I’m saying. Was it the Lord who made you angry with me? If it was, may he accept my offering. Was it people who made you angry at me? If it was, may the Lord see them cursed. They have driven me today from my share of the Lord’ s land. By doing that, they might as well have said,‘ Go and serve other gods.’

But now let my lord the king listen to his servant. If the Lord has stirred you up against me, then let him accept my offering. But if this is simply a human scheme, then may those involved be cursed by the Lord. For they have driven me from my home, so I can no longer live among the Lord’s people, and they have said,‘ Go, worship pagan gods.’

Now, may my lord the king please hear the words of his servant: If it is the LORD who has incited you against me, then may he accept an offering. But if it is people, may they be cursed in the presence of the LORD, for today they have banished me from sharing in the inheritance of the LORD, saying,‘ Go and worship other gods.’

Now then, please let my lord the king listen to the words of his servant. If the Lord has incited you against me, may He accept an offering; but if it is people, cursed are they before the Lord, because they have driven me out today so that I would have no share in the inheritance of the Lord, saying,‘ Go, serve other gods.’

Now therefore, please, let my Lord the king hear the words of his servant: If the Lord has stirred you up against me, let Him accept an offering. But if it is the children of men, may they be cursed before the Lord, for they have driven me out this day from sharing in the inheritance of the Lord, saying,‘ Go, serve other gods.’

Now therefore, I pray thee, let my lord the king hear the words of his servant. If it be Jehovah that hath stirred thee up against me, let him accept an offering: but if it be the children of men, cursed be they before Jehovah; for they have driven me out this day that I should not cleave unto the inheritance of Jehovah, saying, Go, serve other gods.

Now, may my lord the king please hear the words of his servant: If it is the Lord who has incited you against me, then may He accept an offering. But if it is people, may they be cursed in the presence of the Lord, for today they have driven me away from sharing in the inheritance of the Lord saying,‘ Go and worship other gods.’

Now therefore, I pray thee, let my lord the king hear the words of his servant. If the LORD have stirred thee up against me, let him accept an offering: but if[ they be] the children of men, cursed[ be] they before the LORD; for they have driven me out this day from abiding in the inheritance of the LORD, saying, Go, serve other gods.

So let my lord the king now listen to the words of his servant. If the LORD has incited you against me, may he take delight in an offering. But if men have instigated this, may they be cursed before the LORD! For they have driven me away this day from being united with the LORD’s inheritance, saying,‘ Go on, serve other gods!’

Now therefore, please let my lord the king hear the words of his servant. If it is so that Yahweh has stirred you up against me, let him accept an offering. But if it is the children of men, they are cursed before Yahweh; for they have driven me out today that I shouldn’t cling to Yahweh’s inheritance, saying,‘ Go, serve other gods!’

For the king will hear and deliver his servant from the hand of the man who would destroy me and my son together from the heritage of God.’

I am one of those who are peaceable and faithful in Israel. You seek to destroy a city that is a mother in Israel. Why will you swallow up the heritage of the Lord?”

And David said to Abishai and to all his servants,“ Behold, my own son seeks my life; how much more now may this Benjaminite! Leave him alone, and let him curse, for the Lord has told him to.

Then Satan stood against Israel and incited David to number Israel.

And when the Lord smelled the pleasing aroma, the Lord said in his heart,“ I will never again curse the ground because of man, for the intention of man’s heart is evil from his youth. Neither will I ever again strike down every living creature as I have done.

The next day a harmful spirit from God rushed upon Saul, and he raved within his house while David was playing the lyre, as he did day by day. Saul had his spear in his hand.

But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed.As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.

For the Lord has made the Jordan a boundary between us and you, you people of Reuben and people of Gad. You have no portion in the Lord.’ So your children might make our children cease to worship the Lord.Therefore we said,‘ Let us now build an altar, not for burnt offering, nor for sacrifice,but to be a witness between us and you, and between our generations after us, that we do perform the service of the Lord in his presence with our burnt offerings and sacrifices and peace offerings, so your children will not say to our children in time to come,“ You have no portion in the Lord.”’

And I will lay your cities waste and will make your sanctuaries desolate, and I will not smell your pleasing aromas.

There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him:haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil,a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.

Then Judah went up to him and said,“ Oh, my lord, please let your servant speak a word in my lord’s ears, and let not your anger burn against your servant, for you are like Pharaoh himself.

As a deer pants for flowing streams, so pants my soul for you, O God.My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?

Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the Lord!Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart,who also do no wrong, but walk in his ways!You have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently.Oh that my ways may be steadfast in keeping your statutes!Then I shall not be put to shame, having my eyes fixed on all your commandments.I will praise you with an upright heart, when I learn your righteous rules.I will keep your statutes; do not utterly forsake me!

Do not slander a servant to his master, lest he curse you, and you be held guilty.

I wish those who unsettle you would emasculate themselves!

And the Lord said to him,‘ By what means?’ And he said,‘ I will go out, and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ And he said,‘ You are to entice him, and you shall succeed; go out and do so.’

Now the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and a harmful spirit from the Lord tormented him.And Saul’s servants said to him,“ Behold now, a harmful spirit from God is tormenting you.Let our lord now command your servants who are before you to seek out a man who is skillful in playing the lyre, and when the harmful spirit from God is upon you, he will play it, and you will be well.”So Saul said to his servants,“ Provide for me a man who can play well and bring him to me.”One of the young men answered,“ Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite, who is skillful in playing, a man of valor, a man of war, prudent in speech, and a man of good presence, and the Lord is with him.”Therefore Saul sent messengers to Jesse and said,“ Send me David your son, who is with the sheep.”And Jesse took a donkey laden with bread and a skin of wine and a young goat and sent them by David his son to Saul.And David came to Saul and entered his service. And Saul loved him greatly, and he became his armor-bearer.And Saul sent to Jesse, saying,“ Let David remain in my service, for he has found favor in my sight.”And whenever the harmful spirit from God was upon Saul, David took the lyre and played it with his hand. So Saul was refreshed and was well, and the harmful spirit departed from him.

Then you shall see and be radiant; your heart shall thrill and exult, because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, the wealth of the nations shall come to you.

Again the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and he incited David against them, saying,“ Go, number Israel and Judah.”

Alexander the coppersmith did me great harm; the Lord will repay him according to his deeds.

For if your brother is grieved by what you eat, you are no longer walking in love. By what you eat, do not destroy the one for whom Christ died.

She fell at his feet and said,“ On me alone, my lord, be the guilt. Please let your servant speak in your ears, and hear the words of your servant.

And the Lord will scatter you among the peoples, and you will be left few in number among the nations where the Lord will drive you.And there you will serve gods of wood and stone, the work of human hands, that neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell.
