The men said,“ This is the day the Lord spoke of when he said to you,‘ I will give your enemy into your hands for you to deal with as you wish.’” Then David crept up unnoticed and cut off a corner of Saul’s robe.

David’s men said,“ This is the day the Lord told you about. He said to you,‘ I will hand your enemy over to you. Then you can deal with him as you want to.’ ” So David came up close to Saul without being seen. He cut off a corner of Saul’s robe.

And the men of David said to him,“ Here is the day of which the Lord said to you,‘ Behold, I will give your enemy into your hand, and you shall do to him as it shall seem good to you.’” Then David arose and stealthily cut off a corner of Saul’s robe.

“ Now’s your opportunity!” David’s men whispered to him.“ Today the Lord is telling you,‘ I will certainly put your enemy into your power, to do with as you wish.’” So David crept forward and cut off a piece of the hem of Saul’s robe.

so they said to him,“ Look, this is the day the LORD told you about:‘ I will hand your enemy over to you so you can do to him whatever you desire.’” Then David got up and secretly cut off the corner of Saul’s robe.

Then David’s men said to him,“ Behold, this is the day of which the Lord said to you,‘ Behold; I am about to hand your enemy over to you, and you shall do to him as it seems good to you.’ ” Then David got up and cut off the edge of Saul’s robe secretly.

Then the men of David said to him,“ This is the day of which the Lord said to you,‘ Behold, I will deliver your enemy into your hand, that you may do to him as it seems good to you.’” And David arose and secretly cut off a corner of Saul’s robe.

And the men of David said unto him, Behold, the day of which Jehovah said unto thee, Behold, I will deliver thine enemy into thy hand, and thou shalt do to him as it shall seem good unto thee. Then David arose, and cut off the skirt of Saul’s robe privily.

David’s men said to him,“ Behold, the day of which Yahweh said to you,‘ Behold, I will deliver your enemy into your hand, and you shall do to him as it shall seem good to you.’” Then David arose, and cut off the skirt of Saul’s robe secretly.

亞比篩對大衛說：“今天神把你的仇敵交在你手裡了。現在求你容我用矛把他刺透在地上，一刺就夠，不必再刺。”大衛卻對亞比篩說：“不可殺死他，因為有誰伸手傷害耶和華的受膏者而無罪呢？”大衛又說：“我指著永活的耶和華起誓，他或被耶和華擊打，或死期到了，或下到戰場陣亡了，我在耶和華面前，絕對不敢伸手傷害耶和華的受膏者。現在，你可以把掃羅頭旁的矛和水袋拿來，我們就走吧！”

耶和華必按著各人的公義和信實報答他；今天耶和華把你交在我手裡，我卻不願伸手傷害耶和華的受膏者。

現在你親眼看到，今天耶和華在山洞裡，把你交在我手裡。有人叫我殺你，我卻愛惜你。我說：‘我不敢下手傷害我主，因為他是耶和華的受膏者。’

有人告訴掃羅，大衛到了基伊拉，掃羅就說：“神把他交在我的手中了，因為他進了一座有門有閂的城，把自己關閉起來了。”

今天你所作的說明了你以良善待我，因為耶和華把我交在你手裡，你卻沒有殺我。

求你饒恕你婢女的過犯。耶和華必為我主建立一個堅固的家，因為我主為耶和華爭戰；在你一生的日子裡，在你身上也找不到甚麼過錯。雖然有人起來追趕你，尋索你的命，我主的性命必得保全在耶和華你的神生命的囊中。至於你仇敵的命，耶和華卻要甩去，像從甩石機甩出去一樣。將來耶和華照著他應許的一切善待了你，立了你作以色列的領袖的時候，

對他說：“你不要懼怕！我父親掃羅的手必不能害你。你必要作以色列的王，我要在你以下位居第二，這事連我父親掃羅也知道了。”

把伊施波設的頭帶到希伯崙去見大衛，對王說：“你的仇敵掃羅過去常常尋索你的命。看哪！這是他兒子伊施波設的頭。今天耶和華在掃羅和他後裔的身上為我主我王報了仇了。”

我家裡的人若沒有說：‘誰能找出哪一個沒有飽吃他的肉食的呢？’
