Swear now therefore unto me by Jehovah, that thou wilt not cut off my seed after me, and that thou wilt not destroy my name out of my father’s house.

现在请你凭耶和华向我起誓，你不会杀害我的子孙，灭绝我的后代。”

今當指耶和華而誓、不絕我嗣、不滅我名於我父家、

爾當指耶和華而誓、不絕我嗣、不滅我名、在我父之家。

今爾當為我指主而誓、不絕我嗣、不滅我名於我父之家、

Now swear to me by the Lord that you will not kill off my descendants or wipe out my name from my father’s family.”

Now make a promise in the name of the Lord. Promise me that you won’t kill the children of my family. Also promise me that you won’t wipe out my name from my family line.”

Swear to me therefore by the Lord that you will not cut off my offspring after me, and that you will not destroy my name out of my father’s house.”

Now swear to me by the Lord that when that happens you will not kill my family and destroy my line of descendants!”

Therefore swear to me by the LORD that you will not cut off my descendants or wipe out my name from my father’s family.”

So now swear to me by the Lord that you will not cut off my descendants after me, and that you will not eliminate my name from my father’s household.”
