于是米甲将大卫从窗户缒下去，让他走；大卫就逃走，躲起来了。

他们走后，二人从井里上来，去告诉大卫王。他们对大卫说：“亚希多弗出这样的主意要害你，你们起来，快快过河。”于是大卫和所有跟随他的百姓都起来，过约旦河。到了天亮，无一人不过约旦河的。

许多公牛环绕我，巴珊大力的公牛四面围困我。

他们追逼我，现在他们围困了我们，瞪着眼，要把我们推倒在地。

耶和华啊，求你救我脱离邪恶的人，保护我脱离残暴的人！他们心中图谋奸恶，日日不停挑起战争。他们的舌头锐利如蛇，嘴唇里有毒蛇的毒液。（细拉）耶和华啊，求你庇护我脱离恶人的手，保护我脱离残暴的人，他们想要推倒我。骄傲的人为我暗设罗网和绳索；他们在路旁张开网，为我设下圈套。（细拉）我曾对耶和华说：“你是我的上帝。”耶和华啊，求你侧耳听我恳求的声音！主—耶和华、我救恩的力量啊，在战争的日子，你遮蔽了我的头。耶和华啊，求你不要遂恶人的心愿；不要成就他们的计谋，免得他们自高。（细拉）至于那些昂首围困我的人，愿他们嘴唇的奸恶陷害自己！

他们上来布满了全地，围住圣徒的营与蒙爱的城，就有火从天降下，烧灭了他们。
