Find out about all the hiding places he uses and come back to me with definite information. Then I will go with you; if he is in the area, I will track him down among all the clans of Judah.”

殺人流血，他們的腳飛跑，所經過的路便行殘害暴虐的事。

約櫃停住的時候，他就說：「耶和華啊，求你回到以色列的千萬人中！」

伯利恆的以法他啊，你在猶大諸城中為小，將來必有一位從你那裏出來，在以色列中為我作掌權的；他的根源從亙古，從太初就有。

我指着永生耶和華－你的神起誓，無論哪一邦哪一國，我主都打發人去找你。若說你沒有在那裏，就必使那邦那國的人起誓說，實在是找不着你。

過兩天是逾越節，又是除酵節，祭司長和文士想法子怎麼用詭計捉拿耶穌，殺他。

賣耶穌的猶大也知道那地方，因為耶穌和門徒屢次上那裏去聚集。猶大領了一隊兵，和祭司長並法利賽人的差役，拿着燈籠、火把、兵器，就來到園裏。

因為，他們的腳奔跑行惡；他們急速流人的血，

依我之計，不如將以色列眾人－從但直到別是巴，如同海邊的沙那樣多－聚集到你這裏來，你也親自率領他們出戰。這樣，我們在何處遇見他，就下到他那裏，如同露水下在地上一般，連他帶跟隨他的人，一個也不留下。他若進了哪一座城，以色列眾人必帶繩子去，將那城拉到河裏，甚至連一塊小石頭都不剩下。」

十二門徒之中，有一個加略人猶大去見祭司長，要把耶穌交給他們。他們聽見就歡喜，又應許給他銀子；他就尋思如何得便把耶穌交給他們。
