王諭侍衛曰、耶和華之祭司、輔助大闢、知其逃遁、而不以告、故當殺之。王僕不敢遵命。

王就吩咐左右的侍卫说：“你们去杀耶和华的祭司；因为他们帮助大卫，又知道大卫逃跑，竟没有告诉我。”扫罗的臣子却不肯伸手杀耶和华的祭司。

王吩咐左右的侍卫说：“你们转身去杀耶和华的祭司吧！因为他们帮助大卫，知道大卫逃跑却不告诉我。”但王的臣仆都不愿动手杀耶和华的祭司。

他就命令身旁的护卫，说：“把这些耶和华的祭司杀掉，因为他们跟大卫同谋，明知道大卫在潜逃，却不来告诉我。”扫罗的臣仆不愿意下手杀害耶和华的祭司。

王就对侍立在他周围的卫兵说：“你们转过去，把耶和华的祭司杀死，因为他们与大卫携手，又因为他们知道大卫逃跑，也不告诉我。”但王的臣仆不愿下手杀害耶和华的祭司。

王就对他身旁侍立的护卫兵说：“你们过去斩杀耶和华的祭司们，因为他们也与大卫联手，他们知道大卫逃走，却不告诉我。”但王的臣仆们不愿意伸手杀害耶和华的祭司。

王就對侍立左右的衛兵說：『你們轉身去把永恆主的祭司殺死；因為他們也和大衛攜手；他們知道大衛逃跑，也沒有向我披露。』掃羅的臣僕卻不情願伸手把永恆主的祭司殺掉。

王就對他身旁侍立的護衛兵說：「你們過去斬殺耶和華的祭司們，因為他們也與大衛聯手，他們知道大衛逃走，卻不告訴我。」但王的臣僕們不願意伸手殺害耶和華的祭司。

王謂左右侍衛曰、往殺耶和華之祭司、因彼助大衛、知其遁逃、而不以告、惟王臣僕不欲伸手、擊耶和華之祭司、

王命立於側之侍衛曰、爾往殺主之諸祭司、以其輔助大衛、知彼逃遁而不以告我、王之臣僕不敢殺主之祭司、

Then the king ordered the guards at his side:“ Turn and kill the priests of the Lord, because they too have sided with David. They knew he was fleeing, yet they did not tell me.” But the king’s officials were unwilling to raise a hand to strike the priests of the Lord.

Then the king gave an order to the guards at his side. He said,“ Go and kill the priests of the Lord. They are on David’s side too. They knew he was running away from me. And they didn’t even tell me.” But the king’s officials wouldn’t raise a hand to strike down the priests of the Lord.

And the king said to the guard who stood about him,“ Turn and kill the priests of the Lord, because their hand also is with David, and they knew that he fled and did not disclose it to me.” But the servants of the king would not put out their hand to strike the priests of the Lord.

And he ordered his bodyguards,“ Kill these priests of the Lord, for they are allies and conspirators with David! They knew he was running away from me, but they didn’t tell me!” But Saul’s men refused to kill the Lord’s priests.

Then the king ordered the guards standing by him,“ Turn and kill the priests of the LORD because they sided with David. For they knew he was fleeing, but they didn’t tell me.” But the king’s servants would not lift a hand to execute the priests of the LORD.

And the king said to the guards who were attending him,“ Turn around and put the priests of the Lord to death, because their hand also is with David and because they knew that he was fleeing and did not inform me.” But the servants of the king were unwilling to reach out with their hands to attack the priests of the Lord.

Then the king said to the guards who stood about him,“ Turn and kill the priests of the Lord, because their hand also is with David, and because they knew when he fled and did not tell it to me.” But the servants of the king would not lift their hands to strike the priests of the Lord.

And the king said unto the guard that stood about him, Turn, and slay the priests of Jehovah; because their hand also is with David, and because they knew that he fled, and did not disclose it to me. But the servants of the king would not put forth their hand to fall upon the priests of Jehovah.

Then the king ordered the guards standing by him,“ Turn and kill the priests of the Lord because they sided with David. For they knew he was fleeing, but they didn’t tell me.” But the king’s servants would not lift a hand to execute the priests of the Lord.

And the king said unto the footmen that stood about him, Turn, and slay the priests of the LORD; because their hand also[ is] with David, and because they knew when he fled, and did not shew it to me. But the servants of the king would not put forth their hand to fall upon the priests of the LORD.

Then the king said to the messengers who were stationed beside him,“ Turn and kill the priests of the LORD, for they too have sided with David! They knew he was fleeing, but they did not inform me.” But the king’s servants refused to harm the priests of the LORD.

The king said to the guard who stood about him,“ Turn, and kill the priests of Yahweh; because their hand also is with David, and because they knew that he fled, and didn’t disclose it to me.” But the servants of the king wouldn’t put out their hand to fall on the priests of Yahweh.

收生者畏上帝、不遵王命、竟存男子。

適耶洗別欲殲滅耶和華諸先知、阿巴底匿先知百人於巖穴、每穴五十人、以水以餅為其養贍。

哈及所出之子亞多尼雅期許自高、曰、我必為王。遂備車馬、簡僕從五十人、趨承於前。

三遣五十夫長、率卒五十、陟山拜跪於以利亞前、求曰、上帝之僕歟、請以我及我卒之命為寶。前者火自天降、燬五十夫長、及五十卒、如是者再、今請爾以我命為寶。

民謂掃羅曰、今日蒙上帝所祐、約拿單大救以色列族、欲致之死、斷乎不可、我儕指耶和華以誓、其首之一髮、必不隕地、於是約拿單為民所援、免於死亡。

曰、既欲立王、治理爾曹、試陳其例。王必取爾子、使御車服馬、趨承於前者有之、

掃羅擲戟、欲擊其子、約拿單知父決意殺大闢、

嗣後押沙龍備車馬、簡僕從五十、趨承於前、

彼得約翰曰、聽爾曹、而過於聽上帝、在上帝前、義乎、爾自審焉、

我主秉性甚厲、不能與言、故害及全家、汝當籌畫、如何以行。

獻燔祭畢。耶戶命趨承者及其長曰、入而殺拜巴力之人、勿遺其一。趨承者及其長、以刃擊眾、擲尸於外、後入巴力內殿、

掃羅曰、爾與耶西之子謀攻我、汝贈以刃、供以餅、為之諮詢上帝、使其今日伏以攻我、曷故。
