我亲爱的弟兄姊妹，请听我说，上帝不是拣选了穷人，使他们在信心上富足，并承受祂应许赐给那些爱祂之人的国度吗？

“我立大地根基的时候，你在哪里？你若那么聪明，请告诉我。你可知道谁为大地定的尺寸？谁用准绳把它丈量？是什么支撑大地的根基？谁为它安放的基石？

使我们成为祭司的国度来事奉祂的父上帝。愿祂得到一切荣耀和权柄，一直到永永远远。阿们！

你又使他们成为上帝的国度和祭司，他们要在地上执掌王权。”

撒母耳说：“虽然你从前觉得自己微不足道，但现在却做了以色列各支派的首领。耶和华膏立你做以色列的王。

我要派你管理我家，我的人民都要遵从你的命令，只有我权力比你大。”

祂把大地奠基于海中，建立在大水之上。

“现在你要告诉我的仆人大卫，万军之耶和华说，‘你原本在草场牧羊，我召你来做我以色列子民的首领。

你奠立大地的根基，使它永不动摇。

太初你奠立大地的根基，亲手创造诸天。

于是，法老派人去召约瑟，他们急忙释放约瑟。约瑟剃头刮脸，更换衣服，去见法老。

这是守望者的命令，是圣者的决定，要让众生知道至高者主宰世上万国，祂要把国赐给谁就赐给谁，即使是最卑微的人。’

祂不容恶人活命，祂为穷苦人申冤。祂时时看顾义人，使他们与君王同坐宝座，永远受尊崇。

虽然这青年在本国出身贫寒，却能从囚犯成为君王。

因为但以理有非凡的心智，远超过其他总长和总督，王便考虑让他治理全国。

祂伸出臂膀，施展大能，驱散心骄气傲的人。祂使当权者失势，叫谦卑的人升高。

得胜者可以和我一同坐在我的宝座上，正如我得胜后与我父一同坐在祂的宝座上一样。

再没有黑夜，也不需要灯光和阳光，因为主上帝必做他们的光。他们要执掌王权直到永永远远。

祂正是上帝荣耀的光辉，是上帝本体的真像。祂用自己充满能力的话语维系万物。祂洗净了世人的罪之后，便坐在天上至高上帝的右边。
