耶穌漸漸長大，身心強健，充滿智慧，上帝的恩典與祂同在。

小撒母耳漸漸長大，深受耶和華和民眾的喜愛。

後來瑪挪亞的妻子生了個兒子，她給孩子取名叫參孫。這孩子漸漸長大，耶和華賜福給他。

耶和華按著自己說過的話眷顧撒拉，實現給她的應許。

那孩子漸漸長大，心靈強健，在向以色列人公開露面之前，一直住在曠野。
