But even before the fat was burned, the priest’s servant would come and say to the person who was sacrificing,“ Give the priest some meat to roast; he won’t accept boiled meat from you, but only raw.”

Sometimes the servant would come even before the animal’s fat had been burned on the altar. He would demand raw meat before it had been boiled so that it could be used for roasting.

Even before the fat was burned, the priest’s servant would come and say to the one who was sacrificing,“ Give the priest some meat to roast, because he won’t accept boiled meat from you— only raw.”

Yes, before they burned the fat, the priest’s servant came, and said to the man who sacrificed,“ Give meat to roast for the priest; for he will not accept boiled meat from you, but raw.”

祭司要在坛上焚烧，作为馨香火祭的食物。脂油都是耶和华的。

因为这样的人不服侍我们的主基督，只服侍自己的肚腹，用花言巧语诱惑那些老实人的心。

从平安祭中，将火祭献给耶和华，也要把盖脏的脂油和脏上所有的脂油，并两个腰子和腰子上的脂油，就是靠腰两旁的脂油，与肝上的网子和腰子，一概取下。亚伦的子孙要把这些烧在坛的燔祭上，就是在火的柴上，是献与耶和华为馨香的火祭。

他们的结局就是沉沦；他们的神就是自己的肚腹。他们以自己的羞辱为荣耀，专以地上的事为念。

这样的人在你们的爱席上与你们同吃的时候，正是礁石。他们作牧人，只知喂养自己，无所惧怕；是没有雨的云彩，被风飘荡；是秋天没有果子的树，死而又死，连根被拔出来；
