so he sent men to capture him. But when they saw a group of prophets prophesying, with Samuel standing there as their leader, the Spirit of God came on Saul’s men, and they also prophesied.

So Saul sent some men to capture him. When they got there, they saw a group of prophets who were prophesying. Samuel was standing there as their leader. Then the Spirit of God came on Saul’s men. So they also began to prophesy.

Then Saul sent messengers to take David, and when they saw the company of the prophets prophesying, and Samuel standing as head over them, the Spirit of God came upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied.

法利赛人听见群众纷纷议论这些关于耶稣的事，祭司长和法利赛人就派差役去逮捕耶稣。

扫罗到了那山，有一班先知迎面而来。神的灵大大感动他，他就在他们中间受感说话。

“以后，我要把我的灵浇灌所有的人。你们的儿女要说预言，你们的老年人要作异梦，你们的少年人要见异象。

扫罗派人来捉拿大卫，米甲说：“他病了。”

扫罗派人到大卫家里去监视他，要在第二天早晨杀死他。大卫的妻子米甲告诉他说：“今天晚上你若不逃命，明天就会被杀死。”

然后，你要到神的山去，那里有非利士人的驻军。你进城的时候，会遇见一班先知从邱坛上下来。在他们前面有鼓瑟的、打鼓的、吹笛的、弹琴的。他们都受感说话。耶和华的灵必大大感动你，你就要与他们一同受感说话，变成另一个人。

如果大家都讲道，有未信的人或不明白的人进来，他就会被众人劝服而知罪，被众人审问了。他心里隐秘的事被显露出来，他就必俯伏敬拜神，宣告说：“神真的是在你们中间了。”

差役回到祭司长和法利赛人那里。他们就问差役：“你们为什么没有把他带来？”差役回答：“从来没有人像他这样讲话的！”法利赛人说：“连你们也受了欺骗吗？官长或法利赛人中间有谁是信他的呢？至于这群不明白律法的人，他们是可咒诅的。”他们当中有一个人，就是以前来见耶稣的尼哥德慕，对他们说：“如果不先听取他本人的口供，查明他所作的事，我们的律法怎能把他定罪呢？”他们回答：“你也是从加利利出来的吗？你去考查一下，就知道先知是不会从加利利兴起的。”

但那讲道的是对人讲说，使他们得着造就、安慰和劝勉。

耶和华在云中降临，对摩西说话，把摩西身上的灵，分给那七十个长老；灵停在他们身上的时候，他们就说预言，以后却没有再说。那时还有两个人留在营里；一个名叫伊利达，一个名叫米达；灵也停在他们身上。他们原是在被录取的人中，却没有到会幕那里去；他们就在营里说预言。
