眾婦踴躍、唱予和汝、曰、掃羅殺人維千、大闢戮人盈萬。

As they danced, they sang:“ Saul has slain his thousands, and David his tens of thousands.”

As they danced, they sang,“ Saul has killed thousands of men. David has killed tens of thousands.”

And the women sang to one another as they celebrated,“ Saul has struck down his thousands, and David his ten thousands.”

This was their song:“ Saul has killed his thousands, and David his ten thousands!”

The women sang as they played, and said,“ Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands.”

As they celebrated, the women sang: Saul has killed his thousands, but David his tens of thousands.

The servants of Achish said to him,“ Isn’t this David, the king of the land? Isn’t he the one that they sing about when they dance, saying,‘ Saul struck down his thousands, But David his tens of thousands’?”

Miriam sang in response to them,“ Sing to the LORD, for he has triumphed gloriously; the horse and its rider he has thrown into the sea.”

Isn’t this David, of whom they sang as they danced,‘ Saul has struck down his thousands, but David his tens of thousands’?”

Look up, you gates! Rise up, you eternal doors! Then the majestic king will enter!Who is this majestic king? The LORD who is strong and mighty! The LORD who is mighty in battle!
