The next day an evil spirit from God came forcefully on Saul. He was prophesying in his house, while David was playing the lyre, as he usually did. Saul had a spear in his hand

The next day an evil spirit sent by God came powerfully on Saul. Saul began to prophesy in his house. At that same time David began to play the harp, just as he usually did. Saul was holding a spear.

The next day a harmful spirit from God rushed upon Saul, and he raved within his house while David was playing the lyre, as he did day by day. Saul had his spear in his hand.

The very next day a tormenting spirit from God overwhelmed Saul, and he began to rave in his house like a madman. David was playing the harp, as he did each day. But Saul had a spear in his hand,

The next day an evil spirit sent from God came powerfully on Saul, and he began to rave inside the palace. David was playing the lyre as usual, but Saul was holding a spear,

Now it came about on the next day that an evil spirit from God rushed upon Saul, and he raved in the midst of the house while David was playing the harp with his hand, as usual; and a spear was in Saul’s hand.

And it happened on the next day that the distressing spirit from God came upon Saul, and he prophesied inside the house. So David played music with his hand, as at other times; but there was a spear in Saul’s hand.

And it came to pass on the morrow, that an evil spirit from God came mightily upon Saul, and he prophesied in the midst of the house: and David played with his hand, as he did day by day. And Saul had his spear in his hand;

从耶和华来的邪灵又降在扫罗身上，扫罗手里拿枪坐在屋里，大卫正用手弹琴。

后来，我们往那祷告的地方去时，有一个被占卜的灵附身的使女迎面走来，她使用法术使她的主人们发了大财。

耶和华说：‘谁去引诱亚哈上基列的拉末去阵亡呢？’这个这样说，那个那样说。随后有一个灵出来，站在耶和华面前，说：‘我去引诱他。’耶和华问他：‘用什么方法呢？’他说：‘我要出去，在他众先知的口中成为谎言的灵。’耶和华说：‘这样，你去引诱他，必能成功。你出去，照样做吧！’现在，看哪，耶和华使谎言的灵入了你所有的这些先知的口，并且耶和华已经宣告要降祸于你。”

从上帝那里来的邪灵临到扫罗身上的时候，大卫就拿琴，用手弹奏，使扫罗舒畅，感觉爽快，那邪灵就离开他了。

故此，上帝就给他们一个引发错误的心，叫他们信从虚谎，

中午过去了，他们狂呼乱叫，直到献晚祭的时候，却没有声音，没有回应的，也没有理睬的。

现在求我主我王听仆人的话：若是耶和华激发你来攻击我，愿耶和华悦纳供物；若是出于人，愿他们在耶和华面前受诅咒，因为他们今日赶逐我，不让我在耶和华的产业中有分，说：‘你去事奉别神吧！’

耶和华的灵离开扫罗，有邪灵从耶和华那里来扰乱他。扫罗的臣仆对他说：“看哪，有邪灵从上帝那里来扰乱你。我们的主可以吩咐你面前的臣仆，去找一个善于弹琴的来。上帝那里来的邪灵临到你身上的时候，他用手弹琴，你就会感觉爽快。”

他就往那里去，到了拉玛的拿约。上帝的灵也临到他，他一面走一面受感说话，直到拉玛的拿约。他也脱了衣服，也在撒母耳面前受感说话，一日一夜赤身躺卧。因此有人说：“扫罗也在先知中吗？”

“万军之耶和华—以色列的上帝如此说：我已经折断巴比伦王的轭。二年之内，我要将巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒从这地掳掠到巴比伦的器皿，就是耶和华殿中的一切器皿，都带回此地。我又要将约雅敬的儿子犹大王耶哥尼雅和被掳到巴比伦所有的犹大人带回此地，因为我要折断巴比伦王的轭。这是耶和华说的。”

哈拿尼雅又当着众百姓的面说：“耶和华如此说：二年之内我必照样从列国的颈项上折断巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒的轭。”耶利米先知就离开了。

万军之耶和华说：“在那日，我要从地上除灭偶像的名，使它不再被记得；我也必使这地不再有先知，不再有污秽的灵。若还有人说预言，生他的父母必对他说：‘你不得存活，因为你假借耶和华的名说谎话。’生他的父母在他说预言时，要将他刺死。那日，凡作先知说预言的必因所论的异象羞愧，不再穿毛皮外袍哄骗人。他要说：‘我不是先知，我是耕地的；我从幼年就作人的奴仆。’

所有的先知也都这样预言说：“可以上基列的拉末去，必然得胜，因为耶和华必将那城交在王的手中。”
