The next day an evil spirit from God came forcefully on Saul. He was prophesying in his house, while David was playing the lyre, as he usually did. Saul had a spear in his hand

The next day an evil spirit sent by God came powerfully on Saul. Saul began to prophesy in his house. At that same time David began to play the harp, just as he usually did. Saul was holding a spear.

The next day a harmful spirit from God rushed upon Saul, and he raved within his house while David was playing the lyre, as he did day by day. Saul had his spear in his hand.

The very next day a tormenting spirit from God overwhelmed Saul, and he began to rave in his house like a madman. David was playing the harp, as he did each day. But Saul had a spear in his hand,

The next day an evil spirit sent from God came powerfully on Saul, and he began to rave inside the palace. David was playing the lyre as usual, but Saul was holding a spear,

Now it came about on the next day that an evil spirit from God rushed upon Saul, and he raved in the midst of the house while David was playing the harp with his hand, as usual; and a spear was in Saul’s hand.

And it happened on the next day that the distressing spirit from God came upon Saul, and he prophesied inside the house. So David played music with his hand, as at other times; but there was a spear in Saul’s hand.

And it came to pass on the morrow, that an evil spirit from God came mightily upon Saul, and he prophesied in the midst of the house: and David played with his hand, as he did day by day. And Saul had his spear in his hand;

The next day an evil spirit sent from God took control of Saul, and he began to rave inside the palace. David was playing the lyre as usual, but Saul was holding a spear,

从耶和华那里来的恶魔又降在扫罗身上（扫罗手里拿枪坐在屋里），大卫就用手弹琴。

后来，我们往那祷告的地方去。有一个使女迎着面来，她被巫鬼所附，用法术，叫她主人们大得财利。

耶和华说：‘谁去引诱亚哈上基列的拉末去阵亡呢？’这个就这样说，那个就那样说。随后有一个神灵出来，站在耶和华面前，说：‘我去引诱他。’耶和华问他说：‘你用何法呢？’他说：‘我去，要在他众先知口中作谎言的灵。’耶和华说：‘这样，你必能引诱他，你去如此行吧！’现在耶和华使谎言的灵入了你这些先知的口，并且耶和华已经命定降祸与你。”

从神那里来的恶魔临到扫罗身上的时候，大卫就拿琴，用手而弹，扫罗便舒畅爽快，恶魔离了他。

故此，神就给他们一个生发错误的心，叫他们信从虚谎，

从午后直到献晚祭的时候，他们狂呼乱叫，却没有声音，没有应允的，也没有理会的。

求我主我王听仆人的话：若是耶和华激发你攻击我，愿耶和华收纳祭物；若是人激发你，愿他在耶和华面前受咒诅；因为他现今赶逐我，不容我在耶和华的产业上有份，说：‘你去侍奉别神吧！’

耶和华的灵离开扫罗，有恶魔从耶和华那里来扰乱他。扫罗的臣仆对他说：“现在有恶魔从神那里来扰乱你。我们的主可以吩咐面前的臣仆，找一个善于弹琴的来，等神那里来的恶魔临到你身上的时候，使他用手弹琴，你就好了。”

他就往拉玛的拿约去。神的灵也感动他，一面走一面说话，直到拉玛的拿约。他就脱了衣服，在撒母耳面前受感说话，一昼一夜露体躺卧。因此有句俗语说：“扫罗也列在先知中吗？”

“万军之耶和华以色列的神如此说：我已经折断巴比伦王的轭。二年之内，我要将巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒从这地掠到巴比伦的器皿，就是耶和华殿中的一切器皿都带回此地。我又要将犹大王约雅敬的儿子耶哥尼雅和被掳到巴比伦去的一切犹大人带回此地，因为我要折断巴比伦王的轭。这是耶和华说的。”

哈拿尼雅又当着众民说：“耶和华如此说：二年之内我必照样从列国人的颈项上折断巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒的轭。”于是先知耶利米就走了。

万军之耶和华说：“那日，我必从地上除灭偶像的名，不再被人记念；也必使这地不再有假先知与污秽的灵。若再有人说预言，生他的父母必对他说：‘你不得存活，因为你托耶和华的名说假预言。’生他的父母在他说预言的时候，要将他刺透。那日，凡作先知说预言的必因他所论的异象羞愧，不再穿毛衣哄骗人。他必说：‘我不是先知，我是耕地的；我从幼年作人的奴仆。’

所有的先知也都这样预言说：“可以上基列的拉末去，必然得胜，因为耶和华必将那城交在王的手中。”
