祭司說：「你在以拉谷殺非利士人歌利亞的那刀在這裏，裹在布中，放在以弗得後邊，你要就可以拿去；除此以外，再沒有別的。」大衛說：「這刀沒有可比的！求你給我。」

又殺了一個強壯的埃及人；埃及人手裏拿着槍，比拿雅只拿着棍子下去，從埃及人手裏奪過槍來，用那槍將他殺死。

兒女既同有血肉之體，他也照樣親自成了血肉之體，特要藉着死敗壞那掌死權的，就是魔鬼，

他掘了坑，又挖深了，竟掉在自己所挖的阱裏。他的毒害必臨到他自己的頭上；他的強暴必落到他自己的腦袋上。

於是人將哈曼掛在他為末底改所預備的木架上。王的忿怒這才止息。
