這全體會眾也會知道：耶和華不是靠著刀劍和長矛施行拯救，戰爭的勝敗在於耶和華。他必把你們交在我們手中！」

亦使此會咸知耶和華施行拯救、非以劍以槍、蓋戰事屬於耶和華、彼必付爾於我手、

亦使斯大會知耶和華救人、非藉劍戟、其使人獲勝者、乃任意以行、將付爾於我手。

亦使此大會知主使人獲勝、非藉刀與槍、蓋戰之勝敗在乎主、原文作戰事屬乎主將付爾於我儕手、

All those gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the Lord saves; for the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give all of you into our hands.”

The Lord doesn’t rescue people by using a sword or a spear. And everyone here will know it. The battle belongs to the Lord. He will hand all of you over to us.”

and that all this assembly may know that the Lord saves not with sword and spear. For the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give you into our hand.”

And everyone assembled here will know that the Lord rescues his people, but not with sword and spear. This is the Lord’s battle, and he will give you to us!”

and this whole assembly will know that it is not by sword or by spear that the LORD saves, for the battle is the LORD’s. He will hand you over to us.”

and that this entire assembly may know that the Lord does not save by sword or by spear; for the battle is the Lord’s, and He will hand you over to us!”

Then all this assembly shall know that the Lord does not save with sword and spear; for the battle is the LORD’s, and He will give you into our hands.”

and that all this assembly may know that Jehovah saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is Jehovah’s, and he will give you into our hand.

And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle[ is] the LORD’S, and he will give you into our hands.

and that all this assembly may know that Yahweh doesn’t save with sword and spear; for the battle is Yahweh’s, and he will give you into our hand.”

For I do not trust in my bow, and I do not prevail by my sword.For you deliver us from our enemies; you humiliate those who hate us.

But I will have pity on the nation of Judah. I will deliver them by the LORD their God; I will not deliver them by the warrior’s bow, by sword, by military victory, by chariot horses, or by chariots.”

Jonathan said to his armor bearer,“ Come on, let’s go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised men. Perhaps the LORD will intervene for us. Nothing can prevent the LORD from delivering, whether by many or by a few.”

Therefore he told me,“ These signify the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel:‘ Not by strength and not by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD who rules over all.”

No, in all these things we have complete victory through him who loved us!

What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Asa prayed to the LORD his God:“ O LORD, there is no one but you who can help the weak when they are vastly outnumbered. Help us, O LORD our God, for we rely on you and have marched on your behalf against this huge army. O LORD our God, don’t let men prevail against you!”

He said:“ Pay attention, all you people of Judah, residents of Jerusalem, and King Jehoshaphat! This is what the LORD says to you:‘ Don’t be afraid and don’t panic because of this huge army! For the battle is not yours, but God’s.Tomorrow march down against them as they come up the Ascent of Ziz. You will find them at the end of the ravine in front of the Desert of Jeruel.You will not fight in this battle. Take your positions, stand, and watch the LORD deliver you, O Judah and Jerusalem. Don’t be afraid and don’t panic! Tomorrow march out toward them; the LORD is with you!’”

No king is delivered by his vast army; a warrior is not saved by his great might.A horse disappoints those who trust in it for victory; despite its great strength, it cannot deliver.

His dominion will be vast and he will bring immeasurable prosperity. He will rule on David’s throne and over David’s kingdom, establishing it and strengthening it by promoting justice and fairness, from this time forward and forevermore. The LORD’s intense devotion to his people will accomplish this.

There is no wisdom and there is no understanding, and there is no counsel against the LORD.A horse is prepared for the day of battle, but the victory is from the LORD.

The LORD who commands armies is on our side! The God of Jacob is our protector!( Selah)
