亦使斯大會知耶和華救人、非藉劍戟、其使人獲勝者、乃任意以行、將付爾於我手。

All those gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the Lord saves; for the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give all of you into our hands.”

The Lord doesn’t rescue people by using a sword or a spear. And everyone here will know it. The battle belongs to the Lord. He will hand all of you over to us.”

and that all this assembly may know that the Lord saves not with sword and spear. For the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give you into our hand.”

然於此諸事、我儕賴愛我者、大獲全勝、

然則何言、天主祐我、誰能敵我、

亞撒籲主其天主曰、主若救援、不視人之多寡強弱、求主我之天主助我、我仰賴主、倚恃主名、來禦此大軍、主乃我之天主、求主勿容人勝主、

曰、猶大人眾、耶路撒冷居民、約沙法王、爾其聽之、主告爾如是云、勿因此群眾畏葸恐懼、蓋與敵戰者非爾、乃天主也、明日可下迎敵、必由息斯坡而來、爾必遇之於谷口、近耶魯伊勒野、猶大人、與耶路撒冷民歟、無庸與戰、勿畏葸、勿恐懼、可立而待、必見主之救援、明日可出迎敵、主必祐爾、

君王兵多、未必得勝、勇士力大、難自解救、恃馬之救、乃是虛然、馬雖力大、不能解救人、

其權增益、平康無盡、必坐於大衛之位而治其國、秉公行義、使其國保定鞏固、自今直至永世、萬有之主必由熱中而行此、○

人之智慧聰明謀畧、在主前無足稱道、集馬以備戰之日、獲勝乃在乎主、
