David said to the Philistine:“ You come against me with a dagger, spear, and sword, but I come against you in the name of Yahweh of Hosts, the God of Israel’s armies— you have defied Him.

大卫答道：“你是靠刀枪剑戟来攻击我，我是靠万军之耶和华的名，就是你所蔑视的以色列军队的上帝来迎战你。

大卫回答那非利士人：“你来攻击我是靠刀、靠矛、靠枪，但我来攻击你是靠万军之耶和华的名；万军之耶和华就是你所辱骂的以色列军队的神。

大卫对那非利士人说：“你是靠着刀剑、长矛和标枪来对付我，而我是靠着你所辱骂的以色列军队的神——万军之耶和华的名来对付你。

大衛對非利士人說：「你來攻擊我，是靠着刀槍和銅戟；我來攻擊你，是靠着萬軍之耶和華的名，就是你所怒罵帶領以色列軍隊的神。

大衛對非利士人說：「你來攻擊我，是靠着刀槍和銅矛，但我來攻擊你，是靠着萬軍之耶和華的名，就是你所辱罵、帶領以色列軍隊的上帝。

大衛對非利士人說：「你來攻擊我，是靠着刀槍和銅矛，但我來攻擊你，是靠着萬軍之耶和華的名，就是你所辱罵、帶領以色列軍隊的神。

大衛答道：「你是靠刀槍劍戟來攻擊我，我是靠萬軍之耶和華的名，就是你所蔑視的以色列軍隊的上帝來迎戰你。

大衛回答那非利士人：“你來攻擊我是靠刀、靠矛、靠槍，但我來攻擊你是靠萬軍之耶和華的名；萬軍之耶和華就是你所辱罵的以色列軍隊的神。

大衛對那非利士人說：『你來對我迎戰、是靠着刀矛短槍；我來對你迎戰、是靠着萬軍之永恆主耶和華的名、以色列陣營的上帝、就是你所辱罵的。

大衛對那非利士人說：「你是靠著刀劍、長矛和標槍來對付我，而我是靠著你所辱罵的以色列軍隊的神——萬軍之耶和華的名來對付你。

大衛曰、爾來迎我、以劍與槍及戟、我來迎爾、以萬軍耶和華之名、即爾所侮以色列軍旅之上帝、

大闢曰、爾侮以色列族上帝之軍旅、爾來迎我、執利劍、用干戈、我來迎爾、恃萬有之主耶和華。

大衛對非利士人曰、爾來迎我、以刀與槍與干、干或作戟我來迎爾、恃萬有之主之名、爾所侮辱以色列之隊伍、萬有之主即其天主也、

David said to the Philistine,“ You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.

David said to Goliath,“ You are coming to fight against me with a sword, a spear and a javelin. But I’m coming against you in the name of the Lord who rules over all. He is the God of the armies of Israel. He’s the one you have dared to fight against.

Then David said to the Philistine,“ You come to me with a sword and with a spear and with a javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.

David replied to the Philistine,“ You come to me with sword, spear, and javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies— the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.

David said to the Philistine,“ You come against me with a sword, spear, and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the LORD of Armies, the God of the ranks of Israel— you have defied him.

But David said to the Philistine,“ You come to me with a sword, a spear, and a saber, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of armies, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.

Then David said to the Philistine,“ You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.

Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a javelin: but I come to thee in the name of Jehovah of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.

Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.

But David replied to the Philistine,“ You are coming against me with sword and spear and javelin. But I am coming against you in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel’s armies, whom you have defied!

Then David said to the Philistine,“ You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin; but I come to you in the name of Yahweh of Armies, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.

He has only human strength, but we have Yahweh our God to help us and to fight our battles.” So the people relied on the words of King Hezekiah of Judah.

It is not that we are competent in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our competence is from God.

since the weapons of our warfare are not worldly, but are powerful through God for the demolition of strongholds. We demolish arguments

Our help is in the name of Yahweh, the Maker of heaven and earth.Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion. It cannot be shaken; it remains forever.

Your servant has killed lions and bears; this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, for he has defied the armies of the living God.”

I am able to do all things through Him who strengthens me.

God is my strong refuge; He makes my way perfect.He makes my feet like the feet of a deer and sets me securely on the heights.He trains my hands for war; my arms can bend a bow of bronze.

Then the Philistine said,“ I defy the ranks of Israel today. Send me a man so we can fight each other!”

The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, my God, my mountain where I seek refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

Who is it you have mocked and blasphemed? Who have you raised your voice against and lifted your eyes in pride? Against the Holy One of Israel!

Let us shout for joy at your victory and lift the banner in the name of our God. May Yahweh fulfill all your requests.Now I know that the Lord gives victory to His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven with mighty victories from His right hand.Some take pride in chariots, and others in horses, but we take pride in the name of Yahweh our God.

All the nations surrounded me; in the name of Yahweh I destroyed them.They surrounded me, yes, they surrounded me; in the name of Yahweh I destroyed them.

For I do not trust in my bow, and my sword does not bring me victory.

And what more can I say? Time is too short for me to tell about Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, and the prophets,who by faith conquered kingdoms, administered justice, obtained promises, shut the mouths of lions,quenched the raging of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, gained strength after being weak, became mighty in battle, and put foreign armies to flight.

Salvation belongs to the Lord; may Your blessing be on Your people. Selah

But I know your sitting down, your going out and your coming in, and your raging against Me.

David spoke to the men who were standing with him:“ What will be done for the man who kills that Philistine and removes this disgrace from Israel? Just who is this uncircumcised Philistine that he should defy the armies of the living God?”

The name of Yahweh is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are protected.
