掃羅對大衛說：「你不能去與那非利士人戰鬥；因為你年紀太輕，他自幼就作戰士。」

扫罗对大卫说：“你不能去与那非利士人战斗；因为你年纪太轻，他自幼就作战士。”

扫罗对大卫说：“你不能去与那非利士人决斗，因为你年纪太轻，他从小就是战士。”

扫罗对大卫说：“你不能去与那非利士人决斗，因为你年纪太轻，他从小就是战士。”

扫罗说：“你不能去，你年纪还小，他却是一个久经沙场的战士。”

扫罗对大卫说：“你不能去与这非利士人决斗，因为你年纪还轻，那人从小就作战士。”

扫罗对大卫说：“你不能去与那非利士人对战，因为你还是个少年，而他从年幼时就是战士。”

掃羅對大衛說：「你不能去與那非利士人決鬥，因為你年紀太輕，他從小就是戰士。」

掃羅對大衛說：「你不能去與那非利士人決鬥，因為你年紀太輕，他從小就是戰士。」

掃羅說：「你不能去，你年紀還小，他卻是一個久經沙場的戰士。」

掃羅對大衛說：“你不能去與這非利士人決鬥，因為你年紀還輕，那人從小就作戰士。”

掃羅對大衛說：『你不能去敵對這個非利士人、而同他交戰；因為你年紀輕；他卻從幼時就是戰士。』

掃羅對大衛說：「你不能去與那非利士人對戰，因為你還是個少年，而他從年幼時就是戰士。」

掃羅曰、爾不能與之戰、蓋爾年少、彼自幼為戰士、

掃羅曰、欲與戰鬥、爾必不能、爾年甚少、彼自幼嫺於武事、

掃羅謂大衛曰、爾年猶少、非利士人自幼即為戰士、爾若往、恐不能與之戰、

Saul replied,“ You are not able to go out against this Philistine and fight him; you are only a young man, and he has been a warrior from his youth.”

Saul replied,“ You aren’t able to go out there and fight that Philistine. You are too young. He’s been a warrior ever since he was a boy.”

And Saul said to David,“ You are not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him, for you are but a youth, and he has been a man of war from his youth.”

“ Don’t be ridiculous!” Saul replied.“ There’s no way you can fight this Philistine and possibly win! You’re only a boy, and he’s been a man of war since his youth.”

But Saul replied,“ You can’t go fight this Philistine. You’re just a youth, and he’s been a warrior since he was young.”

But Saul said to David,“ You are not able to go against this Philistine to fight him; for you are only a youth, while he has been a warrior since his youth.”

And Saul said to David,“ You are not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him; for you are a youth, and he a man of war from his youth.”

And Saul said to David, Thou art not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him; for thou art but a youth, and he a man of war from his youth.

But Saul replied,“ You can’t go fight this Philistine. You’re just a youth, and he’s been a warrior since he was young.”

And Saul said to David, Thou art not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him: for thou[ art but] a youth, and he a man of war from his youth.

But Saul replied to David,“ You aren’t able to go against this Philistine and fight him! You’re just a boy! He has been a warrior from his youth!”

Saul said to David,“ You are not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him; for you are but a youth, and he a man of war from his youth.”

但那些和他同去的人說：「我們不能上去攻擊那民，因為他們比我們強壯。」

非利士人觀看，見了大衛，就藐視他；因為他年輕，面色光紅，容貌俊美。

王說：「你可以問問那幼年人是誰的兒子。」

又拜那龍－因為牠將自己的權柄給了獸，也拜獸，說：「誰能比這獸，誰能與牠交戰呢？」

那民是亞衲族的人，又大又高，是你所知道的；也曾聽見有人指着他們說：『誰能在亞衲族人面前站立得住呢？』

我是投靠耶和華；你們怎麼對我說：你當像鳥飛往你的山去。
