“我立扫罗为王，我感到遗憾，因为他转去不跟从我，不遵守我的命令。”撒母耳就很生气，终夜哀求耶和华。

他也脱了衣服，也在撒母耳面前受感说话，一日一夜赤身躺卧。因此有人说：“扫罗也在先知中吗？”

耶和华就因造人在地上感到遗憾，心中忧伤。

因为，我屡次告诉你们，现在又流泪告诉你们：许多人行事是基督十字架的仇敌。

我的眼睛流泪成河，因为他们不守你的律法。

我非常忧愁，心里时常伤痛。为我弟兄，我骨肉之亲，就是自己被诅咒，与基督分离，我也愿意。

我看见奸恶的人就憎恶，因为他们不遵守你的言语。

但愿我的头为水，我的眼为泪水的泉源，我好为我百姓中被杀的人昼夜哭泣。惟愿在旷野有旅客的客栈，我好离开我的百姓而去；因他们全都行奸淫，是行诡诈的一党。
