又望亞瑪力作歌曰、亞瑪力為列國之初興、終亦必亡、

惟此諸族之邑、爾上帝耶和華賜爾為業、凡有氣息者、勿留其一、赫人、亞摩利人、迦南人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人、爾必盡行殄滅、循爾上帝耶和華命、免彼教爾、效其行於諸神可惡之事、致獲罪於爾上帝耶和華、○

祭司之邑挪伯、男女、童穉、乳子、牛羊及驢、皆刃擊之、

城暨所有、必歸耶和華以滅之、惟妓喇合、及其全家、可俾生存、以其曾匿我儕所遣之使也、當滅之物、爾宜慎而遠之、免取當滅之物、使以色列營服詛而遭禍、金銀暨銅鐵諸器、悉歸耶和華為聖、入於其庫、於是民眾號呼、祭司吹角、民聞角聲、遂大號呼、城垣則圮、眾各直入、而取其城、邑中男女老幼、牛羊與驢、皆以刃殲之、

當殺幼穉中諸男、並殺與男同寢諸婦、

謂亞當曰、爾既聽婦言、食我所禁之果、土必緣爾見詛、爾畢生勤勞、食其所產、土將為爾叢生荊棘蒺藜、汝所食者、田間之蔬、

緣先人之愆、備戮厥子孫、免其興起而據地、建邑於普世、萬軍之耶和華曰、我將起而攻之、滅絕巴比倫之名、與其遺民、及其子孫、耶和華言之矣、

必以刃擊其邑民、與其牲畜、及凡所有、而殄滅之、聚其貨財於衢、為爾上帝耶和華焚之、並焚其邑、俾為邱墟、毋得再建、

勿拜跪、勿崇奉、以我耶和華爾之上帝、乃忌邪之上帝、惡我者、討其罪、自父及子、至三四世、

凡獻於耶和華之物、無論人畜田畝、俱不得鬻、亦不得贖、凡所獻者、乃為至聖、屬於耶和華、凡當滅者、不可復贖、必致之死、○

蓋受造之物服於虛、非其本願、因服之者之故耳、蓋望受造之物、亦脫於敗壞之束縛、得入上帝眾子自由之榮、我知凡受造者、至今共歎劬勞、
