以色列所恃者、必不誑言、亦不回意、蓋非世人、決不回意也、

以色列族之赫赫上帝、異乎世人、不失其信、不回其志。

以色列人所恃為榮之主、或作以色列人之赫赫天主不食言、不後悔、以其迴非世人、決不後悔、

He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his mind; for he is not a human being, that he should change his mind.”

The God who is the Glory of Israel does not lie. He doesn’t change his mind. That’s because he isn’t a mere human being. If he were, he might change his mind.”

And also the Glory of Israel will not lie or have regret, for he is not a man, that he should have regret.”

And he who is the Glory of Israel will not lie, nor will he change his mind, for he is not human that he should change his mind!”

Furthermore, the Eternal One of Israel does not lie or change his mind, for he is not man who changes his mind.”

上帝並非世人，祂不撒謊；上帝不是凡人，祂不反悔。祂言出必行，信守承諾。

我耶和華言出必行，決不寬容，也不留情，我必照你的所作所為來審判你。』這是主耶和華說的。」

有永生的盼望。這永生是從不說謊的上帝在亙古以前應許的。

上帝絕不說謊，祂將永不改變的應許和誓言給了我們，使我們這些尋找避難所、持定擺在前面之盼望的人可以大得鼓勵。

我們縱然會失信，祂仍然信實可靠，因為祂不能違背自己。」

耶和華啊，偉大、權能、榮耀、尊貴和威嚴都是你的，天上地下的一切都是你的。耶和華啊，國度是你的，你是萬有的主宰。

上帝啊，你在聖所中令人敬畏。以色列的上帝把力量和權能賜給祂的子民。上帝當受稱頌！

因此我在怒中起誓說，『他們絕不可進入我的安息！』」

耶和華從錫安發出怒吼，從耶路撒冷發出雷聲，天地為之震動。但耶和華卻是祂子民的避難所，是以色列人的堡壘。

但祂說：「我的恩典足夠你用，因為我的能力在人的軟弱上更顯得全備。」所以，我更喜歡誇耀自己的軟弱，好讓基督的能力蔭庇我。

他們必說，『只有耶和華那裡才有公義和能力。』」向祂發怒的必在祂面前蒙羞。

靠著賜我力量的那位，我凡事都能做。

耶和華賜力量給自己的子民，賜給他們平安的福樂。

你們去把我的話告訴他們，『以色列人啊，我憑我的永恆起誓，我必照你們所說的對待你們。你們當中凡登記在冊、二十歲以上向我發怨言的人，必倒斃在這曠野中，

亙古的上帝是你的庇護，祂永恆的臂膀是你的依託。祂趕走你面前的仇敵，下令毀滅他們。
