When Samuel reached him, Saul said,“ The Lord bless you! I have carried out the Lord’s instructions.”

When Samuel got there, Saul said,“ May the Lord bless you. I’ve done what he directed me to do.”

And Samuel came to Saul, and Saul said to him,“ Blessed be you to the Lord. I have performed the commandment of the Lord.”

When Samuel finally found him, Saul greeted him cheerfully.“ May the Lord bless you,” he said.“ I have carried out the Lord’s command!”

When Samuel came to him, Saul said,“ May the LORD bless you. I have carried out the LORD’s instructions.”

So Samuel came to Saul, and Saul said to him,“ Blessed are you of the Lord! I have carried out the command of the Lord.”

Then Samuel went to Saul, and Saul said to him,“ Blessed are you of the Lord! I have performed the commandment of the Lord.”

And Samuel came to Saul; and Saul said unto him, Blessed be thou of Jehovah: I have performed the commandment of Jehovah.

When Samuel came to him, Saul said,“ May the Lord bless you. I have carried out the Lord’s instructions.”

And Samuel came to Saul: and Saul said unto him, Blessed[ be] thou of the LORD: I have performed the commandment of the LORD.

When Samuel came to him, Saul said to him,“ May the LORD bless you! I have done what the LORD said.”

Samuel came to Saul; and Saul said to him,“ You are blessed by Yahweh! I have performed the commandment of Yahweh.”

他給亞伯蘭祝福說：『願天地的製作主、至高者上帝，賜福與亞伯蘭！

他對他母親說：『你那一千一百錠銀子、被人拿走的、你咒詛了，你並且將咒詛的話說出來、給我聽見了；看哪，那銀子在我這裏呢；是我拿走了。』他母親說：『願我兒蒙永恆主祝福。』

波阿斯說：『女子啊，願你蒙永恆主賜福；你末後所表現的恩情比先前的更堅固，因為青年人無論貧富、你都沒有跟從。

『我設立掃羅為王、我後悔了，因為他退轉而不跟從我，不實行我吩咐的話。』撒母耳很着急，終夜向永恆主哀呼。

讓別人誇獎你吧！可別你親口自誇哦！讓外人稱讚吧！可別你親嘴自讚哦！

有一種人眼目多麼高傲啊！其眼皮睜得多高啊！

願她的手所作的效果歸她享受；願她的工作在城門口稱讚她。

剛把燔祭獻上完了，撒母耳就來到了；掃羅出去迎接他，要向他祝福請安。

掃羅和眾民顧惜亞甲，也顧惜最好的羊、牛、就是那肥美的、又顧惜羊羔、以及一切美物，不情願盡行毁滅歸神；只有人所賤視鄙棄的一切羣畜、他們才殺滅歸神。

遮掩自己罪過的、必不能順利；承認罪過並離棄的、必蒙憐憫。

你們也是如此：你們既作完了所吩咐你們的一切事，只好說：「我們是無用的僕人，只作了我們所應該作的罷了。」』

那人說：『你所賜給我、和我同居的女人，她把那樹上的果子給了我，我就喫了。』

那法利賽人站着，用以下這些話禱告說：「上帝啊，我感謝你，我不像其他的人、勒索、不義、姦淫，或者竟像這個收稅人。
