And Samuel said unto Saul, Jehovah sent me to anoint thee to be king over his people, over Israel: now therefore hearken thou unto the voice of the words of Jehovah.

撒母耳对扫罗说：“耶和华派遣我来膏立你为王，统治他的子民以色列，所以，你现在要听从耶和华的命令。

撒母耳對掃羅說：『永恆主是差遣了我來膏立你為王管理他人民以色列的；所以你要聽永恆主所說的話。

撒母耳對掃羅說：「耶和華派遣我來膏立你為王，統治他的子民以色列，所以，你現在要聽從耶和華的命令。

撒母耳謂掃羅曰、昔耶和華遣我膏爾、立為其民以色列之王、今爾當聽耶和華言、

撒母耳告掃羅曰、我奉耶和華所遣、以膏沐爾、使為以色列民之王、今耶和華之命爾當聽從。

Samuel said to Saul,“ I am the one the Lord sent to anoint you king over his people Israel; so listen now to the message from the Lord.

Samuel said to Saul,“ The Lord sent me to anoint you as king over his people Israel. So listen now to a message from him.

And Samuel said to Saul,“ The Lord sent me to anoint you king over his people Israel; now therefore listen to the words of the Lord.

One day Samuel said to Saul,“ It was the Lord who told me to anoint you as king of his people, Israel. Now listen to this message from the Lord!

Then Samuel said to Saul,“ I was the one the LORD sent to anoint you as king over his people Israel. Now listen to what the LORD says.

Samuel said to Saul,“ Yahweh sent me to anoint you to be king over his people, over Israel. Now therefore listen to the voice of Yahweh’s words.

To- morrow about this time I will send thee a man out of the land of Benjamin, and thou shalt anoint him to be prince over my people Israel; and he shall save my people out of the hand of the Philistines: for I have looked upon my people, because their cry is come unto me.

Then Samuel took the vial of oil, and poured it upon his head, and kissed him, and said, Is it not that Jehovah hath anointed thee to be prince over his inheritance?

Now therefore be wise, O ye kings: Be instructed, ye judges of the earth.Serve Jehovah with fear, And rejoice with trembling.

The Spirit of Jehovah spake by me, And his word was upon my tongue.The God of Israel said, The Rock of Israel spake to me: One that ruleth over men righteously, That ruleth in the fear of God,

And Samuel said to Saul, Thou hast done foolishly; thou hast not kept the commandment of Jehovah thy God, which he commanded thee: for now would Jehovah have established thy kingdom upon Israel for ever.

If ye will fear Jehovah, and serve him, and hearken unto his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of Jehovah, and both ye and also the king that reigneth over you be followers of Jehovah your God, well:

Then Samuel said unto Saul, Stay, and I will tell thee what Jehovah hath said to me this night. And he said unto him, Say on.And Samuel said, Though thou wast little in thine own sight, wast thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel? And Jehovah anointed thee king over Israel;and Jehovah sent thee on a journey, and said, Go, and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they be consumed.

Only Jehovah give thee discretion and understanding, and give thee charge concerning Israel; that so thou mayest keep the law of Jehovah thy God.Then shalt thou prosper, if thou observe to do the statutes and the ordinances which Jehovah charged Moses with concerning Israel: be strong, and of good courage; fear not, neither be dismayed.
