Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring God’s ark here.” For God’s ark was with the children of Israel at that time.

那时神的约柜在以色列人那里。扫罗对亚希亚说：“你将神的约柜运了来。”

那时上帝的约柜在以色列人那里。扫罗对亚希亚说：“你把上帝的约柜请到这里来。”

扫罗对亚希亚说：“把上帝的约柜抬来。”那时上帝的约柜在以色列人那里。

扫罗对亚希亚说：“把神的约柜运来！”因为那时神的约柜在以色列人那里。

扫罗对亚希雅说：“把神的约柜带来！”当时神的约柜与以色列子民在一起。

那時神的約櫃在以色列人那裏。掃羅對亞希亞說：「你將神的約櫃運了來。」

掃羅對亞希亞說：『將神諭像送來』；因為那一天是他在以色列人面前帶着神諭像。

掃羅對亞希雅說：「把神的約櫃帶來！」當時神的約櫃與以色列子民在一起。

斯時上帝之匱在以色列族中、掃羅謂亞希亞曰、舁上帝之匱至、

斯時也、上帝之匱在以色列族中、掃羅使亞希亞舁匱而至。

斯時天主匱在以色列人中、掃羅謂亞希亞曰、舁天主匱至此、

Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God.”( At that time it was with the Israelites.)

So Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God here.” For the ark of God went at that time with the people of Israel.

Then Saul shouted to Ahijah,“ Bring the ephod here!” For at that time Ahijah was wearing the ephod in front of the Israelites.

Saul told Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God,” for it was with the Israelites at that time.

Then Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God here.” For at that time the ark of God was with the sons of Israel.

And Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God here”( for at that time the ark of God was with the children of Israel).

And Saul said unto Ahijah, Bring hither the ark of God. For the ark of God was there at that time with the children of Israel.

Saul told Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God,” for it was with the Israelites at that time.

And Saul said unto Ahiah, Bring hither the ark of God. For the ark of God was at that time with the children of Israel.

So Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring near the ephod,” for he was at that time wearing the ephod.

David said to Abiathar the priest, the son of Ahimelech,“ Please bring the ephod here to me.” Abiathar brought the ephod to David.David inquired of Yahweh, saying,“ If I pursue after this troop, will I overtake them?” He answered him,“ Pursue; for you will surely overtake them, and will without fail recover all.”

The men of Kiriath Jearim came and took Yahweh’s ark, and brought it into Abinadab’s house on the hill, and consecrated Eleazar his son to keep Yahweh’s ark.

The children of Israel arose, went up to Bethel, and asked counsel of God. They asked,“ Who shall go up for us first to battle against the children of Benjamin?” Yahweh said,“ Judah first.”

The Philistines took God’s ark, and brought it into the house of Dagon and set it by Dagon.

He shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall inquire for him by the judgment of the Urim before Yahweh. At his word they shall go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation.”

Behold, Zadok also came, and all the Levites with him, bearing the ark of the covenant of God; and they set down God’s ark; and Abiathar went up, until all the people finished passing out of the city.The king said to Zadok,“ Carry God’s ark back into the city. If I find favor in Yahweh’s eyes, he will bring me again, and show me both it, and his habitation;but if he says,‘ I have no delight in you;’ behold, here I am. Let him do to me as seems good to him.”

The children of Israel went up and wept before Yahweh until evening; and they asked of Yahweh, saying,“ Shall I again draw near to battle against the children of Benjamin my brother?” Yahweh said,“ Go up against him.”

Uriah said to David,“ The ark, Israel, and Judah, are staying in tents; and my lord Joab and the servants of my lord, are encamped in the open field. Shall I then go into my house to eat and to drink, and to lie with my wife? As you live, and as your soul lives, I will not do this thing!”

The children of Israel asked Yahweh( for the ark of the covenant of God was there in those days,and Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, stood before it in those days), saying,“ Shall I yet again go out to battle against the children of Benjamin my brother, or shall I cease?” Yahweh said,“ Go up; for tomorrow I will deliver him into your hand.”

When the people had come into the camp, the elders of Israel said,“ Why has Yahweh defeated us today before the Philistines? Let’s get the ark of Yahweh’s covenant out of Shiloh and bring it to us, that it may come among us and save us out of the hand of our enemies.”So the people sent to Shiloh, and they brought from there the ark of the covenant of Yahweh of Armies, who sits above the cherubim; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.When the ark of Yahweh’s covenant came into the camp, all Israel shouted with a great shout, so that the earth resounded.
