Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God.”( At that time it was with the Israelites.)

那时神的约柜在以色列人那里。扫罗对亚希亚说：“你将神的约柜运了来。”

那时上帝的约柜在以色列人那里。扫罗对亚希亚说：“你把上帝的约柜请到这里来。”

扫罗对亚希亚说：“把上帝的约柜抬来。”那时上帝的约柜在以色列人那里。

扫罗对亚希亚说：“把神的约柜运来！”因为那时神的约柜在以色列人那里。

扫罗对亚希雅说：“把神的约柜带来！”当时神的约柜与以色列子民在一起。

Saul said to Ahijah the priest,“ Bring the ark of God.” At that time it was with the Israelites.

So Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God here.” For the ark of God went at that time with the people of Israel.

Then Saul shouted to Ahijah,“ Bring the ephod here!” For at that time Ahijah was wearing the ephod in front of the Israelites.

Saul told Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God,” for it was with the Israelites at that time.

Then Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God here.” For at that time the ark of God was with the sons of Israel.

And Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God here”( for at that time the ark of God was with the children of Israel).

And Saul said unto Ahijah, Bring hither the ark of God. For the ark of God was there at that time with the children of Israel.

Saul told Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God,” for it was with the Israelites at that time.

And Saul said unto Ahiah, Bring hither the ark of God. For the ark of God was at that time with the children of Israel.

So Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring near the ephod,” for he was at that time wearing the ephod.

Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring God’s ark here.” For God’s ark was with the children of Israel at that time.

Then David said to Abiathar the priest, the son of Ahimelek,“ Bring me the ephod.” Abiathar brought it to him,and David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I pursue this raiding party? Will I overtake them?”“ Pursue them,” he answered.“ You will certainly overtake them and succeed in the rescue.”

So the men of Kiriath Jearim came and took up the ark of the Lord. They brought it to Abinadab’s house on the hill and consecrated Eleazar his son to guard the ark of the Lord.

The Israelites went up to Bethel and inquired of God. They said,“ Who of us is to go up first to fight against the Benjamites?” The Lord replied,“ Judah shall go first.”

Then they carried the ark into Dagon’s temple and set it beside Dagon.

He is to stand before Eleazar the priest, who will obtain decisions for him by inquiring of the Urim before the Lord. At his command he and the entire community of the Israelites will go out, and at his command they will come in.”

Zadok was there, too, and all the Levites who were with him were carrying the ark of the covenant of God. They set down the ark of God, and Abiathar offered sacrifices until all the people had finished leaving the city.Then the king said to Zadok,“ Take the ark of God back into the city. If I find favor in the Lord’s eyes, he will bring me back and let me see it and his dwelling place again.But if he says,‘ I am not pleased with you,’ then I am ready; let him do to me whatever seems good to him.”

The Israelites went up and wept before the Lord until evening, and they inquired of the Lord. They said,“ Shall we go up again to fight against the Benjamites, our fellow Israelites?” The Lord answered,“ Go up against them.”

Uriah said to David,“ The ark and Israel and Judah are staying in tents, and my commander Joab and my lord’s men are camped in the open country. How could I go to my house to eat and drink and make love to my wife? As surely as you live, I will not do such a thing!”

And the Israelites inquired of the Lord.( In those days the ark of the covenant of God was there,with Phinehas son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, ministering before it.) They asked,“ Shall we go up again to fight against the Benjamites, our fellow Israelites, or not?” The Lord responded,“ Go, for tomorrow I will give them into your hands.”

When the soldiers returned to camp, the elders of Israel asked,“ Why did the Lord bring defeat on us today before the Philistines? Let us bring the ark of the Lord’s covenant from Shiloh, so that he may go with us and save us from the hand of our enemies.”So the people sent men to Shiloh, and they brought back the ark of the covenant of the Lord Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim. And Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.When the ark of the Lord’s covenant came into the camp, all Israel raised such a great shout that the ground shook.
