And Saul said unto Ahijah, Bring hither the ark of God. For the ark of God was there at that time with the children of Israel.

扫罗对亚希雅说：“把神的约柜带来！”当时神的约柜与以色列子民在一起。

那時神的約櫃在以色列人那裏。掃羅對亞希亞說：「你將神的約櫃運了來。」

掃羅對亞希亞說：『將神諭像送來』；因為那一天是他在以色列人面前帶着神諭像。

掃羅對亞希雅說：「把神的約櫃帶來！」當時神的約櫃與以色列子民在一起。

斯時上帝之匱在以色列族中、掃羅謂亞希亞曰、舁上帝之匱至、

斯時也、上帝之匱在以色列族中、掃羅使亞希亞舁匱而至。

斯時天主匱在以色列人中、掃羅謂亞希亞曰、舁天主匱至此、

Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God.”( At that time it was with the Israelites.)

Saul said to Ahijah the priest,“ Bring the ark of God.” At that time it was with the Israelites.

So Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God here.” For the ark of God went at that time with the people of Israel.

Then Saul shouted to Ahijah,“ Bring the ephod here!” For at that time Ahijah was wearing the ephod in front of the Israelites.

Saul told Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God,” for it was with the Israelites at that time.

Then Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God here.” For at that time the ark of God was with the sons of Israel.

And Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God here”( for at that time the ark of God was with the children of Israel).

Saul told Ahijah,“ Bring the ark of God,” for it was with the Israelites at that time.

And Saul said unto Ahiah, Bring hither the ark of God. For the ark of God was at that time with the children of Israel.

So Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring near the ephod,” for he was at that time wearing the ephod.

Saul said to Ahijah,“ Bring God’s ark here.” For God’s ark was with the children of Israel at that time.

And David said to Abiathar the priest, the son of Ahimelech, I pray thee, bring me hither the ephod. And Abiathar brought thither the ephod to David.And David inquired of Jehovah, saying, If I pursue after this troop, shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue; for thou shalt surely overtake them, and shalt without fail recover all.

And the men of Kiriath- jearim came, and fetched up the ark of Jehovah, and brought it into the house of Abinadab in the hill, and sanctified Eleazar his son to keep the ark of Jehovah.

And the children of Israel arose, and went up to Beth- el, and asked counsel of God; and they said, Who shall go up for us first to battle against the children of Benjamin? And Jehovah said, Judah shall go up first.

And the Philistines took the ark of God, and brought it into the house of Dagon, and set it by Dagon.

And he shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall inquire for him by the judgment of the Urim before Jehovah: at his word shall they go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he, and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation.

And, lo, Zadok also came, and all the Levites with him, bearing the ark of the covenant of God; and they set down the ark of God; and Abiathar went up, until all the people had done passing out of the city.And the king said unto Zadok, Carry back the ark of God into the city: if I shall find favor in the eyes of Jehovah, he will bring me again, and show me both it, and his habitation:but if he say thus, I have no delight in thee; behold, here am I, let him do to me as seemeth good unto him.

And the children of Israel went up and wept before Jehovah until even; and they asked of Jehovah, saying, Shall I again draw nigh to battle against the children of Benjamin my brother? And Jehovah said, Go up against him.

And Uriah said unto David, The ark, and Israel, and Judah, abide in booths; and my lord Joab, and the servants of my lord, are encamped in the open field; shall I then go into my house, to eat and to drink, and to lie with my wife? as thou livest, and as thy soul liveth, I will not do this thing.

And the children of Israel asked of Jehovah( for the ark of the covenant of God was there in those days,and Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, stood before it in those days), saying, Shall I yet again go out to battle against the children of Benjamin my brother, or shall I cease? And Jehovah said, Go up; for to- morrow I will deliver him into thy hand.

And when the people were come into the camp, the elders of Israel said, Wherefore hath Jehovah smitten us to- day before the Philistines? Let us fetch the ark of the covenant of Jehovah out of Shiloh unto us, that it may come among us, and save us out of the hand of our enemies.So the people sent to Shiloh; and they brought from thence the ark of the covenant of Jehovah of hosts, who sitteth above the cherubim: and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.And when the ark of the covenant of Jehovah came into the camp, all Israel shouted with a great shout, so that the earth rang again.
