Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

Cast your burden on Yahweh and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.

In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:

Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing?See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?

When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you.In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?

Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said,“ I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.”So that with good courage we say,“ The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?”

But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.

For the nations of the world seek after all of these things, but your Father knows that you need these things.But seek God’s Kingdom, and all these things will be added to you.Don’t be afraid, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom.

Yahweh’s eyes are toward the righteous. His ears listen to their cry.

I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of Yahweh in the land of the living.Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh.

Look on my right, and see; for there is no one who is concerned for me. Refuge has fled from me. No one cares for my soul.I cried to you, Yahweh. I said,“ You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.”

When they bring you before the synagogues, the rulers, and the authorities, don’t be anxious how or what you will answer, or what you will say;for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that same hour what you must say.”

She was in bitterness of soul, and prayed to Yahweh, weeping bitterly.She vowed a vow, and said,“ Yahweh of Armies, if you will indeed look at the affliction of your servant and remember me, and not forget your servant, but will give to your servant a boy, then I will give him to Yahweh all the days of his life, and no razor shall come on his head.”As she continued praying before Yahweh, Eli saw her mouth.Now Hannah spoke in her heart. Only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard. Therefore Eli thought she was drunk.Eli said to her,“ How long will you be drunk? Get rid of your wine!”Hannah answered,“ No, my lord, I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit. I have not been drinking wine or strong drink, but I poured out my soul before Yahweh.Don’t consider your servant a wicked woman; for I have been speaking out of the abundance of my complaint and my provocation.”Then Eli answered,“ Go in peace; and may the God of Israel grant your petition that you have asked of him.”She said,“ Let your servant find favor in your sight.” So the woman went her way and ate; and her facial expression wasn’t sad any more.

The hired hand flees because he is a hired hand, and doesn’t care for the sheep.
