基督今已昇天、位於天主右、一切天神及權德諸品、莫不翕然順服、統於一尊。

蓋基督所入者、非一人手所倣造之聖所；彼實已直達天廷、且為吾人之故、而仰謁天顏矣。

要之、吾人有一大司祭在天、位於至尊御座之右、

主耶穌訓徒既畢、乃蒙接引昇天、坐天主右。

蓋吾深信無論死也、生也、天神也、權威也、現在之事也、未來之事也、宇宙間之一切勢力也、

今爾既因基督之復活、而得新生、則宜力求上達、仰望位於天主右手之基督、

耶穌基督已死而復活、且恆侍於天主之側、而為吾人代求矣。

耶穌已為吾人先入閟帷矣。彼即立為永世靡替之大司祭、與麥基德同一班次者也。

惟基督之獻身贖罪、則一勞永逸、而坐於天主之右、

大維未升於天、第云「天主語吾主、安坐我右側；待我克群敵。以供爾踐踏。」義塞全族、當知爾所釘於十字架上之耶穌、即天主所立為主、為基督者也。』

『加利利人乎、胡為木立而視天、爾曹親見耶穌昇天、來日渠之降臨亦復如是。』

厥後乃為末期、其時基督既已毀滅一切統治威權、乃還其國政於天主聖父。

天主光榮之輝映、天主本體之神表、而以大命亭毒萬物者也。彼既滌除世罪、乃昇天而位於至尊者之右；

大維感於聖神、嘗云、「主語吾主、坐我右側。待我克敵、供爾踐踏。」

且天主亦何嘗謂一天神曰：『坐我之右、待我克爾之敵、以供爾之踐踏』乎？

茲耶穌必須歸天、以待萬物復興之時此即自有世以來、天主藉諸聖先知而預言者也。

夫聖詠中大維親自言云：「主語吾主、坐我右側、

天主語吾主。安坐我右邊。俟我為爾克諸敵。令彼俯伏爾足前。
