Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?but after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up for thyself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;

For narrow is the gate, and straitened the way, that leadeth unto life, and few are they that find it.

What if God, willing to show his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering vessels of wrath fitted unto destruction:

In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah’s wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;

And therefore will Jehovah wait, that he may be gracious unto you; and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for Jehovah is a God of justice; blessed are all they that wait for him.

And as it came to pass in the days of Noah, even so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.They ate, they drank, they married, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.Likewise even as it came to pass in the days of Lot; they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;but in the day that Lot went out from Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all:after the same manner shall it be in the day that the Son of man is revealed.

And as were the days of Noah, so shall be the coming of the Son of man.For as in those days which were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,and they knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall be the coming of the Son of man.

And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also, according to the wisdom given to him, wrote unto you;

And God remembered Noah, and all the beasts, and all the cattle that were with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters assuaged;

Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

For we are a sweet savor of Christ unto God, in them that are saved, and in them that perish;to the one a savor from death unto death; to the other a savor from life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?
