Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

Give praise to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. In his great mercy he has given us a new birth and a living hope. This hope is living because Jesus Christ rose from the dead.

All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is by his great mercy that we have been born again, because God raised Jesus Christ from the dead. Now we live with great expectation,

rejoicing in hope; enduring in troubles; continuing steadfastly in prayer;

But when the kindness of God our Savior and his love toward mankind appeared,not by works of righteousness which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us through the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit,whom he poured out on us richly, through Jesus Christ our Savior;

Everyone who has this hope set on him purifies himself, even as he is pure.

This is a symbol of baptism, which now saves you— not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace,

Jesus answered him,“ Most certainly, I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can’t see God’s Kingdom.”Nicodemus said to him,“ How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?”Jesus answered,“ Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born of water and spirit, he can’t enter into God’s Kingdom.That which is born of the flesh is flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is spirit.Don’t marvel that I said to you,‘ You must be born anew.’The wind blows where it wants to, and you hear its sound, but don’t know where it comes from and where it is going. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,

If you know that he is righteous, you know that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him.

that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we may have a strong encouragement, who have fled for refuge to take hold of the hope set before us.This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and entering into that which is within the veil;

The grace of our Lord abounded exceedingly with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ,

But now Christ has been raised from the dead. He became the first fruits of those who are asleep.

But God, being rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us,

that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him,

Of his own will he gave birth to us by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures.

as newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the Word, that with it you may grow,

Your dead shall live. My dead bodies shall arise. Awake and sing, you who dwell in the dust; for your dew is like the dew of herbs, and the earth will cast out the departed spirits.

Therefore David blessed Yahweh before all the assembly; and David said,“ You are blessed, Yahweh, the God of Israel our father, forever and ever.Yours, Yahweh, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty! For all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, Yahweh, and you are exalted as head above all.Both riches and honor come from you, and you rule over all! In your hand is power and might! It is in your hand to make great, and to give strength to all!Now therefore, our God, we thank you, and praise your glorious name.

but Christ is faithful as a Son over his house. We are his house, if we hold fast our confidence and the glorying of our hope firm to the end.

He said,“ Blessed is Yahweh, the God of Israel, who spoke with his mouth to David your father, and has with his hand fulfilled it, saying,

to whom God was pleased to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

who was delivered up for our trespasses, and was raised for our justification.

For if while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we will be saved by his life.

Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,

But now faith, hope, and love remain— these three. The greatest of these is love.

remembering without ceasing your work of faith and labor of love and perseverance of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, before our God and Father.

Whoever is born of God doesn’t commit sin, because his seed remains in him, and he can’t sin, because he is born of God.

But the free gift isn’t like the trespass. For if by the trespass of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God, and the gift by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many.The gift is not as through one who sinned; for the judgment came by one to condemnation, but the free gift came of many trespasses to justification.For if by the trespass of the one, death reigned through the one; so much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one, Jesus Christ.So then as through one trespass, all men were condemned; even so through one act of righteousness, all men were justified to life.For as through the one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the one, many will be made righteous.The law came in that the trespass might abound; but where sin abounded, grace abounded more exceedingly;that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

if it is so that you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the Good News which you heard, which is being proclaimed in all creation under heaven, of which I, Paul, was made a servant.

He prayed to Yahweh, and said,“ Please, Yahweh, wasn’t this what I said when I was still in my own country? Therefore I hurried to flee to Tarshish, for I knew that you are a gracious God, and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness, and you relent of doing harm.

Then David said to all the assembly,“ Now bless Yahweh your God!” All the assembly blessed Yahweh, the God of their fathers, and bowed down their heads and prostrated themselves before Yahweh and the king.

For we were saved in hope, but hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for that which he sees?

Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Israel, from everlasting and to everlasting! Amen and amen.

Yahweh passed by before him, and proclaimed,“ Yahweh! Yahweh, a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth,

and raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,that in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus;for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,not of works, that no one would boast.For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them.

Praise be to Yahweh God, the God of Israel, who alone does marvelous deeds.Blessed be his glorious name forever! Let the whole earth be filled with his glory! Amen and amen.

But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.

But we don’t want you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who have fallen asleep, so that you don’t grieve like the rest, who have no hope.

Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God. Whoever loves the Father also loves the child who is born of him.

We know that whoever is born of God doesn’t sin, but he who was born of God keeps himself, and the evil one doesn’t touch him.

For you, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, abundant in loving kindness to all those who call on you.

But you, Lord, are a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth.

and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope:and hope doesn’t disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
