謂之曰、萬軍之耶和華云、有名萌蘖者、必由其地挺生、將建耶和華之殿、

先知中、不為爾祖窘逐者誰乎、且殺預言義者將至之人、此義者爾今賣而殺之矣、

尋之如銀、索之如寶、

且有更確之預言、爾宜顧之、如燈燭暗、迨日始旦、明星照爾心矣、首要者、宜知經之預言、未有出於臆說者、蓋預言非由人意而來、乃感於聖神者、由上帝而言也、

諸先知亦為之證、凡信之者、將由其名而罪得赦、○

我決意以禱告祈求、禁食衣麻蒙灰、尋主上帝、

此邑之人、賢於帖撒羅尼迦人、以其樂於愛道、日究經文、果如此否、

夫居耶路撒冷者、及其有司、因不知基督、亦不知每安息日、所誦先知之言、乃擬定其罪而應之也、雖未得其當死之辜、竟求彼拉多殺之、既悉應經中指彼而載者、則自木取之下、葬於墓、

亦將震動萬邦、萬邦所愉悅者將至我必以榮光充斯室、萬軍之耶和華言之矣、

乃考基督之神在其衷者、預證基督受苦、而後得榮、所指何時、何如時、

謂之曰、此乃我素偕爾時、所語爾者、云、凡摩西律、先知書、及詩篇所載指我者、悉必應也、

蓋上帝為我儕所備尤善、使彼外乎我儕者、不得完全也、

眾曰、爾亦出自加利利乎、可考而知、無先知自加利利起也、○

摩西固曰、主上帝將於爾兄弟中、為爾挺生先知若我、凡其所語爾者、爾宜聽之、凡不聽此先知者、必盡滅於民中、且諸先知、自撒母耳以來、凡所言者、皆指此日也、

既定期、多就之於寓、保羅自朝至暮、本摩西律、及先知言、證上帝國、且以耶穌之事勸之、
