第八天王遣散了眾民，眾民都向王祝福辭別，各回各家而去；因為看見永恆主向他僕人大衛和他人民以色列所施的一切恩惠，他們心裏都很歡喜快樂。

越至八日、王遣散民眾、民為王祝嘏、緣耶和華善待其僕大衛、及其民以色列、中心歡悅、各歸其幕、

厥後遣民旋歸、去時咸謝王恩、緣耶和華善待其僕大闢、及以色列族之民、故心歡意悅各歸故土。

第八日、即又七日之後一日王遣散眾民、民為王祝福、遂各歸其家、家原文作幕緣主善待其僕大衛及其民以色列、喜而心樂、

On the following day he sent the people away. They blessed the king and then went home, joyful and glad in heart for all the good things the Lord had done for his servant David and his people Israel.

On the following day Solomon sent the people away. They asked the Lord to bless the king. Then they went home. The people were glad. Their hearts were full of joy. That’s because the Lord had done so many good things for his servant David and his people Israel.

On the eighth day he sent the people away, and they blessed the king and went to their homes joyful and glad of heart for all the goodness that the Lord had shown to David his servant and to Israel his people.

After the festival was over, Solomon sent the people home. They blessed the king and went to their homes joyful and glad because the Lord had been good to his servant David and to his people Israel.

On the fifteenth day he sent the people away. So they blessed the king and went to their homes rejoicing and with happy hearts for all the goodness that the LORD had done for his servant David and for his people Israel.

On the eighth day he dismissed the people, and they blessed the king. Then they went to their tents joyful and with happy hearts for all the goodness that the Lord had shown to David His servant, and to Israel His people.

On the fifteenth day after the festival started, he dismissed the people. They asked God to empower the king and then went to their homes, happy and content because of all the good the LORD had done for his servant David and his people Israel.

On the eighth day he sent the people away; and they blessed the king, and went to their tents joyful and glad in their hearts for all the goodness that Yahweh had shown to David his servant, and to Israel his people.

你們要為耶路撒冷求平安興隆。耶路撒冷啊，願愛你的得到平靜安穩。

他們必到錫安的高地來歡呼，必因永恆主賜的美物而容光煥發，必因有五穀、有新酒、新油、有羊仔和牛犢、而滿面春風；他們必像澆透了的園子；任何消損必不再有。那時處女必以舞蹈而歡樂，年青的和年老的一起歡樂。我必使他們的悲哀變為喜樂；我必安慰他們，使他們從憂愁中得到歡樂。我必用肥油使祭司的心飽飫；我的人民必因我賜的美物而心滿意足：這是永恆主發神諭說的。』

永恆主啊，在你喜悅你人民的恩中、求你記得我，用你的拯救眷顧我，使我得見你選民之福，得樂你國之樂，得和你的產業一同誇勝。

為了上帝為人民所整備的、希西家和眾民都歡喜快樂這件事這麼意外迅速地作成了。

錫安子民哪，盡情快樂吧！耶路撒冷子民哪，歡呼吧！看哪，你的王來到你這裏，他得勝而勝利！謙卑謙卑地騎着驢，騎着驢駒、母驢的崽子。

這樣、在耶路撒冷就大有喜樂；自從以色列王大衛兒子所羅門的日子以來，在耶路撒冷都沒有過這樣的。然後祭司利未人們就起來，給眾民祝福；他們的聲音得蒙垂聽，他們的禱告達到天上、上帝的聖居所。這一切事既已作完，所有在場的以色列眾人就都出去、到猶大各城市，把崇拜柱子打碎，將亞舍拉神木砍下；又從猶大、便雅憫、以法蓮、瑪拿西遍地、將邱壇和祭壇全都拆毁；於是以色列眾人都回本城，各歸自己的地業去。

並且同心合意，天天恆心專務於殿裏的敬拜，又在家中擘餅，存歡樂坦樸之心分享食物，

要在永恆主你的上帝面前歡樂，你跟你兒子和女兒、你的奴僕和使女、以及在你城內的利未人、跟在你中間的寄居者和孤兒寡婦、都要在永恆主你的上帝所要選擇做他名之居所的地方歡樂。

只要在永恆主你的上帝面前喫，在永恆主你的上帝所選擇的地方喫，你和你兒子和女兒、你奴僕和使女、以及在你城內的利未人都喫；你也要因你下手辦的一切事、而在永恆主你的上帝面前歡樂。

你們要在永恆主你們的上帝面前歡樂，你們跟你們的兒子和女兒、你們的奴僕和使女、以及在你們城內的利未人、都要歡樂，因為利未人不同你們一樣有分有業。

他們的後裔必在列國中被認識，他們出的子孫必在萬族之民中被認得；凡看見他們的都必承認他們，說他們是永恆主賜福的後裔。我因永恆主而大大高興，我的心以我的上帝為快樂；因為他將拯救之衣服給我穿上，將義氣之外袍給我披上，如同新郎以華帽豫備自己，又如新婦佩戴着金器為妝飾。

他又對他們說：『你們去喫肥美的，喝甘甜的，將祭肉分兒送給那不能豫備的；因為今天是我們的主的聖日；你們不要憂愁，因為靠永恆主而得的喜樂、就是你們的力量。』

全地啊，要歡呼頌讚永恆主。要歡歡喜喜事奉永恆主；要用歡唱來到他面前。

在那裏、你們在永恆主你們的上帝面前、你們和你們的家眷都要喫喝；並且要因你們下手辦的一切事都蒙永恆主你的上帝賜福而歡樂。

來啊，我們來向永恆主高唱，向拯救我們、的磐石歡呼。我們要帶着稱謝進到他面前，用頌詩向他歡呼。

至於靈之果子呢、就是愛、喜樂、和平、恆忍、慈惠、良善、忠信、

願你們時常在主裏喜樂！我再說，願你們喜樂。

七月二十三日，王遣散了眾民回家；眾民因見了永恆主向大衛所羅門和他人民以色列所施的恩惠，他們心裏都很歡喜快樂。

哦，他們的俊美何等的光采！他們的美麗何其耀目啊！五穀使壯丁精力旺盛，新酒使處女容光煥發。

錫安的子民哪，歡呼哦！以色列啊，吶喊哦！耶路撒冷的子民哪，滿心歡喜快樂哦！

他們若在被擄到之地心裏回想起來、而回心轉意，在擄了他們者之地懇求你說：「我們犯了罪了，我們作了孽了，我們行了惡了」；

為了我們的上帝永恆主之殿的緣故、我要為你求福。

那時所羅門將以色列長老、各支派首領，以色列人父系家屬的族長、都召集到耶路撒冷所羅門王那裏，要把永恆主的約櫃從大衛城、就是錫安、接上來。

正如一個人，他母親怎樣安慰他，我也怎樣安慰你們；是在耶路撒冷你們要受安慰的。你們看見，你們心中就高興，你們的骨頭就滿得滋潤、像青草一樣；人就知道永恆主的手是跟着他僕人，他的盛怒是加於他仇敵的。
