故爾有眾、當誠心對越我上帝耶和華、從其典章、守其誡命、有如今日、○

今爾有眾當誠心從我上帝耶和華、守其禮儀禁令、與今日無異。

惟爾民眾、當誠心向主我之天主、遵其律例、守其誡命、有如今日、○

And may your hearts be fully committed to the Lord our God, to live by his decrees and obey his commands, as at this time.”

And may you commit your lives completely to the Lord our God. May you live by his rules. May you obey his commands. May you always do as you are doing now.”

Let your heart therefore be wholly true to the Lord our God, walking in his statutes and keeping his commandments, as at this day.”

And may you be completely faithful to the Lord our God. May you always obey his decrees and commands, just as you are doing today.”

Be wholeheartedly devoted to the LORD our God to walk in his statutes and to keep his commands, as it is today.”

所羅門年老的時候，他的妻妾誘惑他的心去隨從別神，不像他父親大衛以純正的心順服耶和華－他的上帝。

只是丘壇還沒有廢去。亞撒一生向耶和華存純正的心。

亞比央行他父親從前所犯一切的罪，他的心不像他曾祖父大衛以純正的心順服耶和華－他的上帝。

「我兒所羅門哪，你當認識耶和華－你父的上帝，全心樂意地事奉他，因為耶和華鑒察眾人的心，知道一切心思意念。你若尋求他，他必使你尋見；你若離棄他，他必永遠丟棄你。

你要向耶和華－你的上帝作完全人。

耶和華對撒但說：「你曾用心察看我的僕人約伯沒有？地上再沒有人像他那樣完全、正直、敬畏上帝、遠離惡事。」

所以，親愛的，既然我們有這樣的應許，就當潔淨自己，除去身體和靈魂一切的污穢，藉着敬畏上帝，得以成聖。

烏斯地有一個人名叫約伯。這人完全、正直、敬畏上帝、遠離惡事。

亞伯蘭九十九歲時，耶和華向他顯現，對他說：「我是全能的上帝。你當在我面前行走，作完全的人，

這不是說我已經得着了，已經完全了；而是竭力追求，或許可以得着基督耶穌所要我得着的。弟兄們，我不是以為自己已經得着了；我只有一件事，就是忘記背後，努力面前的，向着標竿直跑，要得上帝在基督耶穌裏從上面召我來得的獎賞。所以，我們中間凡是成熟的人，總要存這樣的心；若在甚麼事上存別樣的心，上帝也會把這些事指示你們。然而，我們達到甚麼地步，就當照這個地步行。

你要細察那完全人，觀看那正直人，因為和平的人有好結局。
